But there is a positive way to give a teen constructive criticism, and there is a way to intentionally crush and humiliate them. If I handled the high school students I teach in this manner, I would have parents in my office complaining every day. I would like to report this DUI school that took my dad's money and did not provide the DUI class service or link once payment was made via Zelle and because he paid via Zelle he can't dispute the charge. My dad Zelled $360 to Ms. Williams on 10/20/22 with hopes of taking the DUI class that weekend 10/22/22. He never received the zoom link as promised by Ms. Williams after texting her numerous of times requesting this information. Ms. Williams was extremely unprofessional after payment was made and started to ignore all phone calls and text messages. My step-mom tried to contact Ms. Williams as well on 10/21/22 via text asking for the link again and Ms. Williams' response was that she was waiting on a 5th student to pay. After no link being sent by Friday evening my step-mom called Ms. Williams again and she finally answered, once she started asking her about the link being sent in order to take the class the following day Ms.Williams hung up on her! It's been over 2 weeks now and nothing from Ms. Williams. At this point we requested a refund due to non communication, unprofessionalism, and to top if off my dad had to go before the judge again and he was ordered to serve 72 hours in jail over the weekend due to not completing the DUI class that he paid for and wasn't able to complete due to this unprofessional lady. The judge also closed the case after my dad serving the 72 hours and my dad no longer needs to take the DUI class. We reached out to Ms.Williams again to inform her of this and she refuses to provide a refund! This is wrong on so many levels. Now she's saying my dad missed the class....but no receipts on ever sending the link to join the class. You will not get away with this! Just taking someones hard earn money knowing you were wrong and knowing they no longer need the class. I will legally get this settled if that's the route we need to go. We also contacted DDS regarding this matter. I'm so confused on how Ms.Williams has 4.8 stars!! I wish I can give her -100 stars!!
