So glad I chose 1 Act for my driving lessons (wanted a refresher). Thank you Jamaica for making…read morethe lessons a great learning experience. Professional and full 2 hour lessons.

I…read moredidn't receive the link until Friday 1/9/26 explaining that a workbook was needed (physical or virtual). I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.

The owner was very kind and considerate and went way well and beyond his job title including allowing me to talk to him on his personal phone I really do appreciate all that he has put into it I also want to thank Lindsey for her hard work and her determination to help us get everything done. I did have a minor setback on the 1st class I took with Eric he was going over how much money he made and talking about oh he had 7 figures this that and the other was very vague in a lot of the description and wasted my time. He made you feel bad for being his "business". Whenever I did make a personal phone call I ended up having to redo the class because they were listening in on my phone from my computer when I thought it was break and yes and he would scream at me that I had no morals or character I do not like that this man was so judgmental and was putting people down saying we were his money making machine I then was really mad at an Eric who was being very unprofessional so I would suggest if anybody was going to book with them that they would also choose David made the class so fun he also made us happy And help us to learn about stuff we never even could thought thought about he was very professional and very nice a very positive experience with David t He also teaches things in a material in a way that will help you you know understand the class and Ace the test we all have done really well in that aspect even though I had to redo the class and take off work I want to say a big thank you to the actual owner and Lindsey and all the employees that worked with her and then they I did have to pay a little extra but they didn't charge me the full price which I'm forever grateful I would recommend this to anyone who would be willing to Go through this class open the Ross 2 different things it will help with their license it will help you get your life and track and I do recommend this place it is a legit very nice very calming experience and I do recommend it thank you

North Georgia DUI School would have hundreds of 5 star reviews on Google if this were not the case. I put off attending class until I absolutely had no more time left, I dreaded it so much. If I had known how life changing this course would be, I would have done it right away! Yes, you read that right, and no, I am not crazy. I cannot tell you how beneficial and easy to complete what seemed like an eternity in a class room. The owner and instructor are amazing, caring people that will impact your life in a comfortable, non judgmental atmosphere. The facility offers, padded office chairs, FREE breakfast, including pop-tarts, breakfast bars, yogurt, cottage cheese, snacks, tea, and coffee with every flavored creamer imaginable!! Ms Kay baked banana bread for us the second day and Ms Cindy ordered pizza for our lunch after that. WOW!! Also, if you're a smoker, you will be glad to know that there is a 10 minute break every hour, with an hour lunch break. Most importantly, they do not have any hidden charges and will not make you pay one penny extra. I enrolled in AJA because it was very close to my house. Big Mistake! They cancelled class the night before and refused to give me a refund, which I am reporting to DDS. They charged a woman $30 for her graduation certificate with is included in the fee here. Most of us are responsible, hard working people that made a terrible mistake, you will be treated as such in a caring, comfortable atmosphere that may change the way you think and change your life!!!
