Double ZERO stars! Refusing to grant a refund though we've been trying to schedule classes for nearly two months!! There is ZERO availability. 2 drivers booked solid in our area. These people are scammers!! The DIRECTOR or COORDINATOR as she is titled is RUDE!! Hung up on me, argued, and couldn't care less about my complaint. No motivation to refund my money though I was done with trying to schedule after so many weeks of trying. They are full of excuses and they don't deliver. Worthless company!!! read more

Ignored my calls and emails for weeks to cancel class. Called me day of class and woman was very rude when I had mentioned my frustrations. She got attitude with me and hung up before I could even say anything else. Not worth it. They do not conduct their business in a professional manner at all. read more

I signed up for a dui class at the Kennesaw location. When I went to schedule it does not say if it's a online or in person class. A couple of days before my class started, I haven't heard from anyone about the required assessment that is supposed to be taken for the class, nor a link or anywhere to go for the class itself. I called the Kennesaw location to where I signed up and no one answered the phone, it just kept ringing. Mind you, online it lists a phone number for the kennesaw location as well as hours of operation. Since no one answered the phone I decided to show up to the location and they were closed. I finally had to put in a complaint saying I was going to dispute my charge with my bank since no one will contact me. So finally, they informed that no one works at the Kennesaw location (even though I signed up for a class there, there's a phone number and hours of operation listed online but yet we are somehow expected to know that no one works there, lol). The lady was really nice and then informed the class is actually online and transferred me over to the person who was supposed to send out the links for the required assessment survey. This lady was extremely rude and said that she sent out the required survey to my email that I obviously didn't get so it wasn't ever sent. She finally sent it and then I finally got the link to join my online class which was actually in Decatur and not kennesaw, but it was online so it wasn't a big deal (even though it doesn't specify if it was online or not). So I go to my class on Zoom and none of us received our books prior to class starting. In the middle of the first day the books were finally sent to most of the classmates except for 4 of us. Most of the work and assignments were from the book and 4 us did not get our books sent to us. I did not get my book until the 3rd day, 3 hours before the program was going to be completed so I just had to either do my best to follow along and waited until everyone else finished their assignments. Kind of hard to be expected to do assignments without the book. Not having the book was very frustrating as well considering this is a $360 class including the book so it's a waste of money if you don't receive your book until a couple of hours before end of the program. The teacher was great, he just had to deal with other students who were older not having a clue on how to use zoom or work a computer so the first day of class was basically just listening to the teacher attempt to explain zoom to students (that could be because they thought it was going to be an in person class since they don't specify when you pay for the class if it's in person or online) The class itself along with the teacher (we called him santa from Decatur) was very informing and helpful. It's Just the lack of communication, no book, and no one knowing how to use zoom was frustrating) So maybe they need to take off phone numbers, hours of operations for locations that don't exist, not have rude employees lie saying they have sent out emails and they haven't, send out books at a decent time, and then probably send out a link with a zoom tutorial in their emails so that older students can practice and get familiar with zoom. read more

We had originally signed out to do driving school at the end of February over two weekends. When I signed up I did not realize it was only virtual. Their website said virtual was an option but we didn't sign up for that. They had called to set up some paperwork a few days before our class. Then she advised me that they were only doing virtual and not face to face, We wanted face to face. So she had called her supervisor and asked if we could get a refund. She got back to me within 24 hours and I had a full refund given to me within the week. She was very kind and accommodating. read more

I absolutely love the office staff at Kennesaw! I've had to call several times and every time, Della (I may have her name wrong - sorry!) has been absolutely wonderful. She answers the phone every time, she helps every time, and she's pleasant every time. So appreciate the best customer service anyone could ask for! read more
