I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly via email, and have received no response, which is extremely concerning from a business that was previously very responsive during enrollment. While their program seemed positive initially, the billing practices and lack of communication have been unacceptable. Families should be very cautious and ensure they fully understand (and document) any cancellation terms in writing. I am still seeking a resolution and refund for the unauthorized charges.

Classes didn't follow the curriculum, and there were serious safety and professionalism issues including harassment concerns, a lockdown after a gun incident, and students using drugs during class. Management changed repeatedly and communication was terrible, especially about refunds. I withdrew after completing about a third of the program and still haven't received a fair refund. I would strongly advise anyone considering this school to look elsewhere. They will let you go on a leave of absence but then keep all your money. Total scammers
