Our experience aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise has been absolutely wonderful! This was our…read morefirst cruise together as a couple, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience to share with my wife. Before this trip, my wife wasn't even sure cruising would be something she'd enjoy. Seeing her excitement, laughter, and genuine happiness throughout this vacation has meant more to me than I can express. The entertainment, atmosphere, and incredible staff made this trip truly special. I especially want to recognize several individuals who helped make our experience so memorable. The Cruise Director deserves tremendous recognition for the energy, enthusiasm, and passion brought to the entertainment aboard Paradise. The shows were fantastic, and it was obvious how much effort went into making sure guests had an amazing time. Lulu was an absolute delight! We had so much fun participating in the Harry Potter Trivia, which we actually won! Lulu's personality, humor, and ability to engage everyone made the experience even more enjoyable. Those moments of laughter and fun are what make a vacation unforgettable. Antonio, our waitstaff member, was another standout. His professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent service did not go unnoticed. He demonstrated exactly the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. One disappointing exception was Vlad, one of the bartenders. Unfortunately, his demeanor came across as unnecessarily arrogant and unwelcoming, which was particularly noticeable given how friendly and professional nearly everyone else aboard had been. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable and valued, and our interactions with Vlad fell short of that expectation. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as his attitude was the one negative aspect of an otherwise outstanding experience. Despite that isolated disappointment, what speaks volumes about our overall experience is that we've already begun discussing another cruise, but this time bringing our children and possibly even the grandparents! What began as a getaway for just the two of us has inspired us to consider making cruising a family tradition. I sincerely hope the leadership team recognizes the outstanding efforts of the Cruise Director, Lulu, and Antonio. Employees like them are the reason guests leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Thank you to everyone aboard Paradise who helped make this vacation so meaningful for my wife and me. We came aboard hoping to enjoy a vacation together. We're leaving with beautiful memories, a newfound love for cruising, and excitement about bringing the entire family next time!

I'll be honest, I was really nervous about getting on this cruise ship especially after reading all…read morethe reviews after posting it. We initially booked this ship because of the location that it was departing from and the destinations that it was going to. Being a newer cruise line, there were a lot of things that they needed to fix and they were getting hit with negative reviews on social media. We took a risk and said it is what it is at this point. To our surprise, we actually had a great time on this ship. It was what I was looking for -- easy going, chill, with just enough options to enjoy yourself. The buffet is slim, but it wasn't bad. We loved the cheeseburgers and the pizza options here. I could eat plenty of it. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I had at least one a day. The rooms were surprisingly pretty nice. It was dustier than I would've liked it to be, but it's an older ship. Wish restrooms were nicer. The staff was great. Super friendly overall. Would I come back on this ship? For the price, maybe.

I want to start off by saying this is a great introductory cruise to go on if you have never been…read moreon one before, which was the case for my boyfriend and I. We just went on the Grand Classica from Tuesday-Thursday to Grand Bahama Island. We wanted to take a short cruise somewhere relaxing and that is what we got. We got a pretty good deal overall, which was great as well. I would give the entire experience 4/5 stars. We were set to leave on Tuesday and I received an email on Saturday stating that we were required to get tested for COVID-19 prior to boarding. This was never an issue, but the woman I spoke with previously told me that vaccinated guests were not required to be tested. This change came abruptly with little notice. The worst part was that guests were required to pay $25.00 to be tested, when COVID tests are free everywhere else. The way that they get you is that they give you the $25.00 back in the form of credit to use on the ship. This was definitely annoying, but we got through it. First of all, check-in was relatively smooth and simple. The front desk staff was friendly and polite and good customer service seems to be rare these days. After checking in, there was the option to purchase additional packages, such as alcohol or spa deals. Once we boarded the boat, we got to our cabin to settle in, which was the interior cabin. We had no issues with the actual cabin other than the bed was very uncomfortable. We were told that we reserved a queen bed for two but it was actually two twin beds pushed together, making it somewhat difficult to sleep comfortably. Other than that, it was clean, and the staff was quick to bring us any extras we needed. After we settled in, we went straight to lunch at the Ocean View Buffet. I was pleasantly surprised by our options and we ate a hefty lunch. A plus is that meals are included and only speciality dining is an extra charge. The ship has plenty of things to do aside from dining, such as a fitness center, a pool and jacuzzi, a spa, a casino, and more. We spent a lot of time exploring and catching great ocean views from the top deck. We had dinner at the Yellow Elder which was more of a fancy restaurant than the buffet. The food was decent and servers were wonderful. However, like my boyfriend said, be sure to bring your own hot sauce or preferred condiment because the food does lack sufficient flavor and seasoning. That night we actually hit a storm with 70 mph winds which made me a bit anxious, especially since we have never been on a cruise before. The captain reassured us by coming on the loud speaker to keep us updated about our sail. We decided to book an excursion for the next morning when we would arrive to the island. There were a few options, but we chose swimming with the pigs to try something different. I was super excited about this. The Grand Bahama Island was beautiful. Our bus driver who gave us a tour on the way there and back was so awesome. Swimming with the pigs was definitely an experience to remember and I do recommend it, especially if you are an animal lover like me. Arriving back on the ship, we went to dinner at the Yellow Elder again. Keep in mind that the dinner portions are extremely small. When we made it back to our room, I felt sick and I ended up throwing up. I am not sure if it was something I ate or maybe from the sun, because I did get a pretty good sunburn. Either way, I had a pretty rough night following that. One downside of the cruise was that I paid $25.00 for WiFi but it never actually worked. I made multiple calls to the front desk about it and they tried to tell me it was due to weather but I let them know that my boyfriend's worked fine for the most part. They said they'd call IT, but I never actually heard back. I am still waiting to see if they refunded me or not since I was never able to use it. Overall, this was a pretty good experience for our first cruise, with just a few hiccups. We learned a lot and we will know how to best be prepared for our next trip.

This was our first time on the Margaritaville at Sea. Wow, this is the oldest ship in their fleet,…read moreand argue be the oldest one in the cruise industry, it's still had a good cruise ship field to it. Yes, the ship was older and showed a little signs of Ware here and there... But even the newer ships do show that same wear after a few years. Overall the staff was amazing and always super friendly from the bartenders to the chefs to the stewards. The ship didn't feel crowded at all. The food was about average for the cruise industry, which to us is good, but typically not great. Very tasty and plenty of options to eat so no complaints there. We don't expect five star dining on the cruise ships unless we had a specialty restaurant and we didn't do that this time. The SHIP doesn't have as much to do on it as other ships do and is more laid-back, but it does have a very good nightclub, which was fun every single night. Overall, we enjoyed the cruise and where we likely would not go on this particular ship again just due to the distance from port for us is a 4 Hour Dr. We have Margaritaville right here at Port Tampa Tampa Bay, which is a half hour from home.

Atlas was recommended by a coworker who travels frequently. My husband and I were planning a trip…read moreto Bosnia which is where I am from but I wanted him to experience other countries around Bosnia. We thought it would be a good idea to spend a week in Croatia. Upon reaching out to Carol Kelly, she suggested to take a look at a Croatian Cruise they have on special at the time. Only about 5 minutes later and a quick talk with my husband we were excited to start the booking process. A cruise wasn't even on our minds but once we read the itinerary, it was a dream come true. Our cruise was a 10 day cruise starting in Dubrovnik and sailing towards Mljet, Korcula, Split and then coming back through Hvar, Brac and Tjeniste to arrive at Dubrovnik. The boat was actually a small yacht that accommodated only 34 people. We were the youngest people on this cruise by far but we can hang out with people of all ages and we made some great connections. Our days were planned with excursions guided with local tour guides but we had plenty of time to do what we pleased. We stopped somewhere every day and had swim opportunities weather permitting. We had breakfast on the boat every day, most lunches and half of dinners. All meals are four course meals specifically and freshly prepared by our cook. Carol was great to work with. She provided us with all and any information we needed plus arranged the hotel for before and after the cruise as well as reserve a rental car after the cruise so that we can make our way north to Bosnia. She even arranged for us to pick up a rental car in Croatia but return it in Belgrade. She booked us a night hotel in Belgrade our last night of our trip. We had zero hiccups in our 22 days long trip which is almost unheard of in any industry. We did book our flights through a different agent because Carol was not able to beat the rates. She handled that professionally as well. I am still in awe from our trip and how well it all went. The only downside is that I don't think the cruise was advertised correctly. I think they under promoted it actually but I guess that made up for a very lovely surprise and a great experience. Will definitely use Atlas and Carol in our future travel plans.

Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. I would love to see things I didn't get to experience on this trip.
