Didn't find it worth it for my trip. The car was nice but the service is ehh. I wouldn't say the ride impressed me in any way. There was an opened water bottle in the back and I am not sure if it was meant for me. The driver was picking up calls during the drive without any bluetooth. Called today and asked for a quote the quote was $160, now they have a Groupon available that only says $59 and you get $90 in services so was confirming with that then the price went from $160 to $210 so not only the $30 discount was negated but added $30 more to the quote from there discount offer. Excellent limo company. Great communication, on time, courteous. We were transported in a very clean Chevy Suburban for a round trip between MIA and Lake Worth. Tons of baggage, three adults and two small ones requiring car seats. I did not have to touch a thing. It was all set up and loaded in minutes. So...Our first time with Maruf goes like this: He was to pick us up at 6:00am and take us to Palm Beach Airport. I got a call from AA at 5:40 that our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 1:45. I called this Maruf guy and he is not upset, doesn't hesitate, and is picking us up at 12:15 for the flight. That almost made up for AA canceling the flight. I have used them for over 2 years for airport transportation. The rates are usually less than taxis or other car services. The cars are nice, typically Town Cars. The drivers are great, on time, and very courteous. Maruf is one of the best drivers they have, but I have used almost all of them. read more

I contacted Maruf for his car services for an executive of our company who was traveling in Florida for business. His quote was the best one that I received. He was responsive to my emails about the details of the car service. I called him on the day of the pick-up and he was at the airport early. He told me that he would meet the executive at the baggage claim with a sign, as well as call the executive on his cell phone. When I checked in with my executive, he said that everything went great. You won't find a better driving service than Maruf and his family. He's never let us down. His car is clean, roomy, and always nicely cooled down when we arrive at the airport hot and tired. We've used him many times for long haul flights coming into Miami (coming home to Jupiter) but I understand that - even though he is a limo type service - he has no problem driving short distances also. He's friendly, clean, reliable and his car is top notch. Always on time, and will even stop at the bank for you! The driver showed up 1 hour late. Called him 3 times prior and gave me no eta. All he said was "I'm on my way". The owner told me the driver would arrive at 5:45 and showed up at 6:45. Some of us had baby sitters come earlier since we expected to leave at 6. If that wasn't bad enough, the bus reeked of exhaust fumes which made most of us sick. The bus was misfiring and barely went 45 mph which made a 35-40 minute ride well over an hour. We finally got dropped off at 8:00 (when show already started) two blocks away since the place was packed and took us 10-15 minutes just to walk to the front door. Had we got there earlier we could have waited and got dropped off at the front door. We had two men over the age of 70 who can barely walk and we had to walk down highways shoulders for a long walk. This defeated the purpose of getting a car service. Even an Uber would have dropped us in the front. The owner then promise us a new vehicle on the way home, however it was the same shitty bus. Some of our party called for an Uber and didn't even get back in the bus since they couldn't deal with the fumes and walking 15 back to the bus from the BB&T center. Thank you for ruining what should have been a fun night with a very unprofessional gypsy car service. We spent nearly $1,500 in tickets and missed half the show thanks to you and all had headaches all night. Owner forged my signature for the balance due without my authorization knowing that we were in a dispute of his service. He never apologized or offered a way to make it right. Also btw, the damn radio didn't even work. Had some busted Rihanna Cd that was stuck on repeat playing "Throw it up, throw it up!" read more

I had used E&R Transport in the past and been satisfied so I arranged for them to pick up my friend Sunday morning at 6 am to take her to the airport. I received both phone and email confirmations on Saturday but then on Sunday, no one arrived to pick her up. When I finally got ahold of E&R (clearly waking some one up), they got a driver over who thankfully was able to get my friend to the airport to make her flight. Long story short, we were flying into West Palm Beach at noon and it was 1130pm the night before and we didn't have any transfer arrangements made. I emailed him through his website and Maruf responded in 5 minutes. Had the whole thing arranged before I went to bed at midnight. Our flight was a few minutes late and we had no cell reception in the airport, but he waited for us and kept trying to call until he got a hold of us about 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up. Was at the curb 2 minutes later. Car was spotless and the a/c was kicking. He assisted with our luggage and drove safely and efficiently to our hotel 30 minutes away. Answered all of our questions about the local area, was pleasant, cheerful and professional every step of the way.
