Don't use!! We stopped using Maruf because he started arriving late for trips to the airport. After that, he began falsely charging our credit cards, which they said was accidental. It clearly wasn't though because after that, Maruf then stopped returning calls and texts! read more

Great service I would highly recommend very punctual, water and snacks provided with the ride great experience read more

do not go near this service! they commit fraud! after years of working with them, they began falsely charging our credit cards - while they initially said it was accidental maruf then stopped taking calls or texts. if you work with E&R I'd recommend you look closely at your credit cards statements. read more

Great, professional Service! Quick pickup, clean cars, looking forward to booking the next trip! read more

Exceptional service! We booked with Atlantic Limo for a birthday ride to the airport. We ran out of champagne on our two hour ride and Maruf was kind enough to stop to replenish our supply. He's attentive with our music demands all while driving safely. This is now our go to limo service! Thank you. read more

Maruf is Great!! On time, responsive, and extremely professional. The vehicles are very clean and well-maintained. Highly Recommend!!

Very prompt and personal to our destination. Dropped us off at Ft.Lauderdale Airport and upon our return, was at the Baggage Claim Carousel waiting for us to help with our bags. We will definitely use Atlantic Limo Service if needed in the future. I would highly recommend them. read more

Didn't find it worth it for my trip. The car was nice but the service is ehh. I wouldn't say the ride impressed me in any way. There was an opened water bottle in the back and I am not sure if it was meant for me. The driver was picking up calls during the drive without any bluetooth. Not the most professional thing to do during a car service. Felt like an upscale uber and next time I would prefer to take an uber instead. read more

I am actually still in the car with Maruf. Excellent car service. Reasonably priced. On time friendly. Would definitely use them again when in the area. Couldn't ask for anything more. read more

Used this service and need a ride from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale for a very early flight. Communication was a little minimal in terms of confirmation but the driver was friendly, on time (4am wake up call!) and the car was big and clean. It was a great experience and will use them again. read more

These guys are awesome! Very kind, accomodating and reliable. This was the first time I reserved a car service. Maruf & Nesar are both wonderful. They took my sister & brother in law from Palm Beach Gardens to Ft Lauderdale Intl Airport and both of them said the ride was great and the car was awesome. Thank you Maruf and Nesar. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my associates. V. Collins read more

We love Maruf and his entire fleet of vehicles and drivers! He is our go-to guy; from going out to dinner, or airport pickups/drop offs and anything in between, we always rely on Maruf and his incredible professionalism to get us anywhere safely, on time and in style! Thanks for always taking care of us in the best way and sharing some laughs and wisdom along the way. read more

Used E&R for limo service last night to travel to HardRock was a wonderful experience. First the friendly phone call, to the professional chauffeur who arrived on time and kept things very smooth. I would highly recommend this business for 5 star service! We used a Sprinter Limo that was brand new and everything worked properly, and Clean! Can't wait to book again. read more

Called today and asked for a quote the quote was $160, now they have a Groupon available that only says $59 and you get $90 in services so was confirming with that then the price went from $160 to $210 so not only the $30 discount was negated but added $30 more to the quote from there discount offer. This place is full of it and are thieves do not do business with them they will scam you! read more

I have used this company cuz I trusted them. They are very reliable and always on the prompt. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend a family and friends to used them. Very friendly staff. Thank you for all your service. read more

I needed to remotely arrange transportation services for my father from up North. Everything went smoothly; Maruf was on top of it all and very professional. Already planning to use the service again soon. Many thanks. read more

I called Maruf last night at 11pm and requested a ride to Ft Lauderdale Airport this morning at 4am. He was so courteous on the phone, and did not grumble at all about the late notice and my lack of planning. He picked me up as planned and I enjoyed a great ride in his clean comfortable car. I also found him to be kind and interesting as well as a good driver. Use him for all your driving - he's great! read more

So...Our first time with Maruf goes like this: He was to pick us up at 6:00am and take us to Palm Beach Airport. I got a call from AA at 5:40 that our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 1:45. I called this Maruf guy and he is not upset, doesn't hesitate, and is picking us up at 12:15 for the flight. That almost made up for AA canceling the flight. Mark sounds as good as his reviews! read more

First time using this car service from West Palm Beach airport to Ft Lauderdale. I didn't want to use UBER because I couldn't get one the last time I flew into WPB. The service was excellent. The car was immaculate and the driver kept in contact with me throughout. I highly recommend them. read more

I have used them for over 2 years for airport transportation. The rates are usually less than taxis or other car services. The cars are nice, typically Town Cars. The drivers are great, on time, and very courteous. Maruf is one of the best drivers they have, but I have used almost all of them. read more

Follow up report: Now one year later I again needed an early morning ride to the airport. I called them the night before and made arrangements. They were there right on time to pick me up, once again in a beautiful car with great service. They seem to be quite reliable and I recommend them. Original review: Great job. I needed a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning, which always stresses me out because I would be out of luck if a reserved ride does not show up. I made a reservation two days in advance, confirmed the night before, and the driver was there exactly on time to the minute. Beautiful car, very courteous driver, reliable. I will use them next time for sure. read more

I was so grateful to have an on time 4:30 am airport pick up in a beautiful vehicle with someone who handled the luggage and who also drove perfectly. The price from Delray to PBI was less than an Uber. I highly recommend this car service. read more

I contacted Maruf for his car services for an executive of our company who was traveling in Florida for business. His quote was the best one that I received. He was responsive to my emails about the details of the car service. I called him on the day of the pick-up and he was at the airport early. He told me that he would meet the executive at the baggage claim with a sign, as well as call the executive on his cell phone. When I checked in with my executive, he said that everything went great. I will definitely use E&R Transportation again. read more

Have used E&R several times now. Dependable, professional and personal service. When traveling to PBI from BOS, knowing Maruf is tracking the inbound, and will be there on time for pick up to get us back to PBI for return flight lowers the stress level. Love this service. read more

Excellent limo company. Great communication, on time, courteous. We were transported in a very clean Chevy Suburban for a round trip between MIA and Lake Worth. Tons of baggage, three adults and two small ones requiring car seats. I did not have to touch a thing. It was all set up and loaded in minutes. On the way home we were greeted at the arrival and full service again all the way to the front door. I highly recommend them! read more

Called the day before to make a reservation to go to the airport early the next morning. Car did not show up. Made different arrangement to get to airport. While at airport I got call from driver who said alarm didn't go off and he would be there to pick me up in 5 minutes. Being I was already at airport I declined read more

You won't find a better driving service than Maruf and his family. He's never let us down. His car is clean, roomy, and always nicely cooled down when we arrive at the airport hot and tired. We've used him many times for long haul flights coming into Miami (coming home to Jupiter) but I understand that - even though he is a limo type service - he has no problem driving short distances also. He's friendly, clean, reliable and his car is top notch. Always on time, and will even stop at the bank for you! Isn't it refreshing to find a business that aims to please the client for a change?! read more

The driver showed up 1 hour late. Called him 3 times prior and gave me no eta. All he said was "I'm on my way". The owner told me the driver would arrive at 5:45 and showed up at 6:45. Some of us had baby sitters come earlier since we expected to leave at 6. If that wasn't bad enough, the bus reeked of exhaust fumes which made most of us sick. The bus was misfiring and barely went 45 mph which made a 35-40 minute ride well over an hour. We finally got dropped off at 8:00 (when show already started) two blocks away since the place was packed and took us 10-15 minutes just to walk to the front door. Had we got there earlier we could have waited and got dropped off at the front door. We had two men over the age of 70 who can barely walk and we had to walk down highways shoulders for a long walk. This defeated the purpose of getting a car service. Even an Uber would have dropped us in the front. The owner then promise us a new vehicle on the way home, however it was the same shitty bus. Some of our party called for an Uber and didn't even get back in the bus since they couldn't deal with the fumes and walking 15 back to the bus from the BB&T center. Thank you for ruining what should have been a fun night with a very unprofessional gypsy car service. We spent nearly $1,500 in tickets and missed half the show thanks to you and all had headaches all night. Owner forged my signature for the balance due without my authorization knowing that we were in a dispute of his service. He never apologized or offered a way to make it right. Also btw, the damn radio didn't even work. Had some busted Rihanna Cd that was stuck on repeat playing "Throw it up, throw it up!" read more

I have been using ER Transportation each weekend over the past month to collect my 16 year old at the airport and then back after the weekend. Outstanding service! Maruf is the best! Easiest airport exit ever. Thanks for the top notch service Maruf! See you again soon.

I was thrilled with my rides to and from a doctor's appointment. I needed a ride because of the medication taken that required me to avoid driving. The vehicle was clean and I avoided the risks of a taxi or UBER. You get what you pay for and my health is important during these times of COVID-19. read more

I was skeptical at first but I'm so glad I called. The driver was polite, professional and very friendly. He was punctual arriving to a fairly remote location. The vehicle was new, clean and comfortable. The price was exactly the same as it was the day before when I took a substandard taxi cab with a larger company to the same location. I also enjoyed not having to download an app to schedule and being able to speak with an actual person. Thank you. Highly recommended. read more

I had used E&R Transport in the past and been satisfied so I arranged for them to pick up my friend Sunday morning at 6 am to take her to the airport. I received both phone and email confirmations on Saturday but then on Sunday, no one arrived to pick her up. When I finally got ahold of E&R (clearly waking some one up), they got a driver over who thankfully was able to get my friend to the airport to make her flight. However, no apology from E&R and no offer to refund the cost. I will not use them again. read more

Excellent service from set up to drop off. My message and call was answered immediately. I was confident in what was shared and the driver showed up on time. Long story short, we were flying into West Palm Beach at noon and it was 1130pm the night before and we didn't have any transfer arrangements made. I emailed him through his website and Maruf responded in 5 minutes. Had the whole thing arranged before I went to bed at midnight. Our flight was a few minutes late and we had no cell reception in the airport, but he waited for us and kept trying to call until he got a hold of us about 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up. Was at the curb 2 minutes later. Car was spotless and the a/c was kicking. He assisted with our luggage and drove safely and efficiently to our hotel 30 minutes away. Answered all of our questions about the local area, was pleasant, cheerful and professional every step of the way. As far as transfer service goes, I don't think it gets any better than this. read more
