The dispatcher was amazing and was able to get us 3 cars with almost zero notice. I ended up using them for several trips over the next couple days - almost all at pretty much the last minute. This is my new go to car company in Palm Beach: Price was reasonable (no stupid 3 hour minimum) Dispatch was super responsive (even when I texted him super late at night) Great cars (no 90s Lincolns) They were always on time (even when we weren't) Everyone on our team said the drivers were absolutely awesome Oh, and at one point when I told him I had 9 people and needed 2 SUVs, he actually recommended that we switch to a limo van - cheaper & nicer! The lines for the different food spots can be long at times and most of them seem to have workers that aren't in any sort of rush to get you back on your way to wherever you're traveling. Food is also more expensive than if you weren't buying at a service area but you're paying for the convenience I guess. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked, there always seems to be at least one person in there cleaning. They have many of the fast food restaurants you'd find in any city such as KFC, Burger King, and Dunkin. This particular service area also has a place to purchase perfume and a vending machine selling slices of Buddy Valestro aka The Cake Boss cake!

The plaza is always very clean when I have come here and there always seems to be a custodian walking around picking up trash or wiping something down so I really appreciate that! I will say the only thing is, no matter how much they clean, the bathrooms here always seem to be in disarray! I wish they would have more towel stations to wipe your hands as well because the airdryers are not the cleanest option to dry my hands. The food choices here are pretty good and I love to get a personal pizza from pizza hut when I stop here because it always is cooked wonderfully! I had the hair brained idea of taking my gals birthday to the next level, and at the last minute I decided to call around and see what kind of offer I could get. I started with a friends company and was woken up by how pricey it was. There must be some hidden costs I can't see. But I did end up with a decent rate from A1A limos. The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. I believe we had to have our own ice ready but they had gave me a heads up on that so we were set. We had a great night. He drove us to and from a nice dinner and drinks and we blasted music and just had a great time. There is no great discount limo service. It if yer spending the money, A1A is a good call.
