I would give -10 ten stars if I could. I have reported them to the BBB I am fuming mad so I will stick to the facts: 1) Park Limo was hired by Amy Cooper and Chris McIntyre for their wedding which occurred on 10/22/2021. They hired them for one limousine that could carry 10 people at a time. I was the Man of Honor at this wedding 2) Park Limo call 10/22 (the day of the wedding) to confirm their services for 10/23 -- a day AFTER the wedding. The bride told them they messed up and that the wedding was that day. 3) Park Limo arrived late to pick the bridal party up with a limo that could only seat 5 -- half the number of guests which would require twice the amount of trips. 4) The bride had the groom speak to the limo service and let him know they would not be paying for extra time since the limo service messed up by only sending a limo that sat 5 people. 5) At the end of the service and right before cocktail hour, a friend/guest came up to me and told me there was a Palm Beach Sheriffs officer. 6) The officer said he was sent by the limo company to settle a dispute since the groom had stated that he refused to pay for their extra time 7) I brought the bride to her suite sobbing and shaking while the groom and the best man spoke to the sheriff about the situation and try to keep it out of view of the guests I request a full refund from Park Limo and a formal letter of apology to the McIntyres for not fulfilling their contract and for sending the police to interrupt the wedding when the blame falls solely on the company for breach of contract. I am posting this on behalf of my wife (from her post on FB) and the horrific experience we had with this company! We have about 20 witnesses to what happened this night and they all will be posting on review sites and social media until we expose this company for who they really are! We will also be getting the police report stating that the officer that they sent to our wedding....yes they sent a cop to arrest me for saying, "I have to go because I have to get married now and I will be reversing the credit card charges" but I said this only after they refused to make it right! I hope I can help even just 1 person from falling victim to these crooks! I have waited long enough to write this post. After receiving a notification from wedding wire that my review of the company was disputed..I couldn't wait any longer.. I didn't want to do this, but I am and will expose Park Limousine in Palm Beach for the crooked company that they are. Back in July, I ordered a ten person stretch limo for 3HOURS for my wedding considered the "Silver Package" for $300. The intent was for two trips for our wedding party and close family from our hotel to venue. Park limo called the morning of our wedding to confirm services....to begin, Park had the day marked as 10/23...already off to a bad start by having the wrong day. The company showed up on time, with a 4person limo. We managed to squeeze 6 with my mom in the front seat with the driver. Our wedding party had to take their own vehicles since we couldnt get there in time if we took the transportation provided by Park. Furious, my husband called the company. The company refused to compensate us for their mistake. The call ended with my fiance saying we would be calling our bank to dispute any charges for them not upholding their contract. Here is where it gets dark..shortly after we said our I do''s, the Broward sheriffs department showed up at our wedding venue. The cops..the f'ing cops. Park had the nerve to say we threatened them...or threatened not to pay. Mind you, this company had my debit card on file. The officer who responded luckily didnt draw in too much attention, as it was quite clear that there was no crime committed by my husband. We have over 20 witnesses, including other professionals who were part of our vendor team. All though I managed to make the most of my wedding after what happened, I had a major anxiety attack from crying hysterically and being so embarrassed about the cops showing up to our wedding. I can't thank my vendor team enough for helping me get together, I literally had the event coordinators at deer creek putting a glass of iced water to my lips. If the event wasn't traumatic enough, Park limo proceeded to charge my debit card for $450 for a package that was supposed to be $300. The BBB case has been filed, the bank has been notified. Today when I spoke to Park limos management, the manager would not apologize and took no accountability for the mistake. Instead, he insisted my husband threatened the driver and Park Limousine has thousands of satisfied customers. I told the manager exactly what was on my mind, and that was to f*ck off. My Dave Mathews Band family and friends been using Park Limousine for about 15 years. They always take great care of us. Driver's are always early very friendly and great communication too. Limo was 15 min late, rented a sprinter van/ party van for ten people to attend an event, the van was extremely small and had no working speakers. None at all. They had a small bluetooth radio that was so ghetto and was not loud at all. We rented this van to hang out and party but we could not, had I been told the bus would not have a radio i would have made other arrangements, It was very embarrassing for us to have guests in a bus with a ghetto boom box and we are paying top dollar. They should be telling customers there is no radio. read more

I called them for extra SUV collecting from the airport to the resident. I was told $210 plus tip. I was hoping that was the case next time you know it the card was charge $378 one way. I called and said why over charge and Danny told me the driver had to wait and 1 hour. I was charged another $80 and plus 20% gratuity. They have hidden charges. WILL not use AGAIN... read more

Their driver, Tito, was prompt, well-dressed and courteous. I felt safe sending them off with him at the wheel. From booking, to pickup, the staff at Park Limousine is top-notch. The quote was transparent. When we had a last-minute schedule change submitted on the morning of the event, they were flexible. Also, the minimum reservation time was lower than most local companies.
