My Dad is 94 and my mother is frail. The owner took a great deal of time discussing their needs with me prior to booking and he followed through on every single promise. My parents left their bags in the kitchen and the driver took them from there. Once at the airport the driver took their luggage to the outside checkin and made sure Delta Airlines arrived curbside with two wheel chairs to take them to the gate! The same first class treatment occurred on the return. The next day the owner called me to ask how the experience was for Mom and Dad. Wow I have traveled the world and I don't ever recall better service. It is rare theses days! Oh and to top that, it was the best price too. This is one of those company's that actually cares. I hope they do well in that very competitive business.
