However , it quickly took negative turns early on in our entire 18 months of planning for our on board wedding ceremony. Our first inconvenience with Kelli is that she was unreachable for almost an entire month towards the beginning of our planning which led us to not being able to secure the day of the wedding we hoped for which was first day at sea. Instead, we had to take matters into our hands with the cruise ship once we realized she had no idea how these things worked. Here she blamed the ship she's a blame shifter. Although the wedding experience people are also awful you would think that as an agent who acted like she knew weddings on ship would have known this. Secondly, we had a group of 30 people all paid and signed up for a 2 part Excursion in Costa Maya , but Kelli completely botched that and only signed us up for the first part , upon bringing the issue to light , she tried to get more money out of all of us. We then went over her head to whomever oversees the operations for the Cruise Planners company and the lady Ebony was also very unhelpful and was just defending Kelli , no real solutions were ever established. After all of this, we tried to speak with Kelli again to see what conclusions or solutions we could figure out. Come to find out that she is on a cruise of her own and once again unreachable , and did not want to be bothered by her work. So we settled for whatever we had to settle for. We still made it work , no thanks to Kelli. She made it very clear and blatant that she was only part of cruise planners for free or discounted cruising. She cannot and will not be bothered by anyone's issues while she's on her own vacation , which will give NO SOLACE to someone planning the most important day of their life . To make things worse , she then tried to BLAME US for all of her mishaps. So save yourself some energy, anger, money, and heartbreak , and find a better planner, because looking back at it she barely did anything for us , we ended up doing 90% of our own wedding. At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. If its close to you, take a chance on it if you like smaller crowds this is the one for you! See you Soon!

First and LAST time on a Margaritaville cruise…read more The port parking was easy to find. We parked and checked our luggage with the porter. We entered the terminal to check in. Check in was easy but busy. We were assigned the time between 12pm-1pm to check in. Once on the ship, it was down hill. We went to our muster station, which was not labeled to find easily. Completed our muster. Then we went to get lunch from the buffet. The options were limited at the actual buffet area where you serve yourself. They had the buffet, cheeseburgers, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. The food was mediocre at best this day and throughout the week. It was a struggle to find something to eat that was edible and tasted good. Even the jello was tasteless. Once our room was ready, we went to it. Luggage was not there upon arrival, but it arrived shortly after. It was a struggle with the AC in the room from the moment we checked in. We told our room steward immediately, who said once the ships sets sail, the air would work better. That never happened. It was consistently warm to hot in our room. Guest services was notified a few times via phone and in person. But it was not fixed. Not even sure someone came to our room. We waited several times but we never made contact with the person who came to "fix" it. We made the best of it but it was not comfortable at all. Most of the time we were hot and sweating at night and while in our room getting ready for the day or dinner. Mohamad was fantastic! He was our room steward. He took amazing care of us and our room. Our room was always clean and we always had fresh and clean towels! Entertainment was lacking for sure and limited. There was a lot of time where there was very little to nothing going on and to do. The excursions through the ship were limited as well. We picked to do the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. We walked off the ship and through the port to transportation. This part was easy and well organized. The resort itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and not crazy crowded. The beach was another story. Absolutely packed and barely room to walk down to the waters edge. Not sure if it's only for Margaritaville Resort guests and day passes or if it's open to the public too. Drink package felt pricey at $360 for 4 days, and this was on sale. We had two port days, one embarkation day, and one sea day. I would NOT ever cruise again with Margaritaville.

I have been traveling and using their services since around 2014 or 2015 on a yearly basis. I've sailed from numerous ports and have done flyovers. Dubai was by far the best flyover I have ever experienced. From the pick up at airport, The organized bus pick ups for excursions, private rooftop parties, private pool parties at top hotels, this was just amazing. I cannot wait to experience it again. I would love to see things I didn't get to experience on this trip.

I went to Abu Dhabi, Old Dubai tour, New Dubai tour, and Dune Bashing and dinner in the dessert. Rode a camel and a henna tattoo. This trip was worth every penny. I would certainly use Atlas Travel for any large bookings because they do all of the leg work for you with professionalism and perfection your travelers will have a wonderful time. I could go on! My husband and I were scheduled to travel Nov 26th, for the Christmas Markets Tour in several European countries for two weeks. We are very sad for the war and all the people affected and are praying for their safety & hostages returned unharmed. We are terrified to travel under the circumstances. We are very aware in 2016 terrorists did strike in Berlin at the Christmas Markets. Therefore with terrorism/safety being the reason to cancel our trip we are hoping the agency will be understanding to refund the deposit since this is out of our control. The circumstance/reason of not canceling any sooner is the State Dept just announced Today the traveling warning world wide to Americans.
