I searched of the evidence that your company was at fault. After finding the paperwork I saw that it indeed read the day after my arrival and it was an obvious mistake on my part. Minutes later you called me back with the news that a driver will be meeting us within 15 minutes. Five minutes later, the driver pulled up curbside and whisked our exhausted souls home. All service professionals are coached to under promise and over deliver. You must have earned an A plus in that class! Your calm demeanor, call to action (not to blame,) and more important your ability to "get me home" with such short notice places you in an elite class of customer service providers.
