USE THIS CAR SERVICE. You will not be disappointed…read more Last week, I went to West Palm Beach to surprise my folks. I don't drive much and cabs are pricey from the airport to their house. The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood. Great rate, comfortable ride, fantastic company. A wonderfullly affordable alternative to the taxi. Highly, highly recommend.

I dialed the number ready to hear apologies that would only anger me more. The last thing I expected to hear is that I had a reservation for the next day. Instead of arguing with me over whose fault it was! You immediately reacted with the comment "let's get you home" . You mentioned you had an affiliate service in the area and would get to me shortly with a time frame they could get to me. While you reached out to your affiliate company. I searched of the evidence that your company was at fault. After finding the paperwork I saw that it indeed read the day after my arrival and it was an obvious mistake on my part.
