Marion assisted me with the FSE, which was a $25 fee, and all the paperwork. Note that the name you have on your Real ID must match another document that establishes residency. I first gave my car registration, but the name I have there does not have Jr. So I had to download a utility bill that shows my name with a Jr in it. He also recommended to pay for the FSE fee separately from the total purchase, to save on finance charges if you pay with a credit card. Now just waiting for the 10 day period before I can get the registration completed and pick up my hand gun, a brand new Sig Sauer p226. Marion was great! Two ! Um. Nope. Not ever again…read more Over a week ago I got a quote for adding 2 sets of night sights to 2 sliders. Twice by email, responding to my checking the time, they confirmed between 12 and 1 was good to drop off and have the work done while I went to grab a coffee, thus saving me 2 hours, plus riding in the blazing heat, and at least $25 in gas. True to my word, I got there yesterday at 12:30. Surprise surprise. The gun smith was no where to be found. I was told they had no idea when he'd return. They mumbled something about a funeral. LOL. Right. A few sentences later he mumbled a new excuse "an emergency". One would think a funeral happens long enough after the deceased dropped dead that they'd have/had time to plan their time off and make necessary concessions. At that point I should have listened to my gut and just canceled the project but instead I left the sliders and sights there to be installed whenever. I was home all of 20 minutes and got the call they were done. I guess the funeral let out early. Hahaha (no disrespect to "the dead" :) Adding salt to the situation once home I took a moment to watch the manufacturer's video on installation. Admittedly something I should have done in the first place. My bad. Bottom line. If one was ret@rded and worked reeeeaaaallly slow, using no special tools they could get both sights installed in 10 minutes. 1 screw for each front. The backs merely slide in sideways with a couple light taps. So I'm out $100, 5 hours of my time back and forth, over $30. in gas for what amount to 10 minutes of work. Oh and a boat load of "sorrys", can't forget those. Sorry is just a word. Price gouging, highly inflated cost aside... Any reputable business screws up that bad, they'd offer some meaningful gesture of value to compensate for the loss one took coming to them. Not a peep. Not a "Gee we screwed up we'll discount you a dollar." I did get a "have a nice day" out the door tho. Shame. They have a great selection of guns. One I was strongly considering but guess who isn't getting a penny more much less any of the budget for some higher end long range rifles. Whatever ever happened to gun owner's common code of decency, honesty, stand up, fair pricing? It's given away to gouging, greed, unaccountability and bad business ethics. They don't even lie well. Or is this just an Armenian thing?

If it cuts, chops, slices, or survives a zombie apocalypse, I've probably bought it here. This shop operates on old-school standards: knowledge, respect, and zero gimmicks. No mall-kiosk nonsense, no clueless sales pitch. Every blade here feels like it was selected with a purpose -- balance, steel, edge geometry, durability. This is a place for people who actually use their gear, not just look at it. Special shout-out to Michael -- absolute weapons wizard. The man knows blades inside and out. Steel types, grinds, history, use-cases -- if you ask, he answers like a walking encyclopedia. And more importantly, he takes care of loyal customers. They still respect the old regulars here, which is rare these days. Every time I come in, it feels like checking in at base -- familiar faces, solid recommendations, and somehow I always walk out with more than I planned (sometimes including a little extra appreciation for being a long-time customer ). If you're looking for plastic junk, look elsewhere. If you want real steel, real knowledge, and a shop that's been holding the line for decades, this is it. Trusted. Battle-tested. Legendary. This place has the most disrespectful, vile, crooked employee I have ever met at a pawn shop... and that it saying a lot. This old lady wow looks like she hasn't seen a salon in 3 years lied to another "stellar" employee about my asking price. This place has a bad reputation for a reason. The old bag who I dealt with (you can spot her, by looking for the lady who drew on her eyebrows different on each side.
