I love Trader Joe's! I wish I could do all my grocery shopping here. They have such unique products that you can't find in your average supermarket. The prices are extremely reasonable! They have a nice selection of different dips, sauces and condiments that are all about 2-3$! I usually buy different ones to put out with bread as appetizers if I have company over and they are always a hit. I love the bruschetta here, probably one of my favorite tj items! So fresh tasting with big tomato chunks that's not overly garlicky. The roasted pepper and eggplant dip and pesto quinoa spread are great with bread as an appetizer too. The pasta sauces are great too, my favorite is the creamy tomato. The cheese department is fantastic! If you wanna make a nice cheese plate for company, this is your spot! They have a huge selection of different cheeses and the wedges are all about 3-5$! Other grocery stores charge way more for a little wedge but tjs is much more reasonable. One of my other favorites is the asiago Romano parm cheese blend. So good!! I could eat the slices wedges right out of the container. Nice to top on pasta or pizza dishes. I love coming here because they always seem to have something new and interesting to try. The frozen meals have saved my life! So affordable and easy to make. I love the chicken fried rice, burrito bowls, turkey meatballs, chili lime chicken burgers.. they have so much to offer. Lots of different cuisines to choose from like Asian, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Greek.. they also have lots of assorted frozen veggie packs that are great for a stir fry meal. They always have new little frozen apps that a great for entertaining. The spinach and artichoke dip, Brie cheese bites and potstickers are my favorites. They have some pre made food as well like sandwiches, salads, sushi and soups. I love the ancient grains lentil soup. Oh and if you have a sweet tooth they have so many little containers of different chocolate covered sweets. Anything from pretzels, nuts, fruit, smores bites and more. I love the dark chocolate sea salt covered graham crackers and the cookie butter is dangerously good! No matter what location I go to the employees are always friendly and helpful. It's like they only hire nice people! I only wish the stores were a little bigger as it can get crowded going at peak times but the lines always seem to move fast. read more

I've never had a bad thing to say about any Trader Joe store. As a matter of fact, I usually love going in. However, the new Wayne location does not live up to the usual standards. I was there yesterday & was not aware there was a single line & you had to wait to be directed to the next available line. That is fine & I had no problem doing this. The lady doing the directing needs to be coached. She started off aggressively & when I mentioned this is not how my Trader Joe's does it so I wasn't aware, she took exception to that & commented about blocking the aisles....again in an argumentative way. I will stick to Florham Park Trader Joe's from now on. Simply speak politely to people. read more

This is a wonderful grocery store where I now do the majority of my food shopping. The selection is smaller than a supermarket, but they have the best stuff. Quality over quantity. They have some very exotic and interesting products also. Everything that take home from here is delicious. And I love how they have free coffee samples every day! It can get tiring going to a grocery store and walking around so that was a great idea. It definitely helps keep me a happy shopper. read more

I wish I could rate it 3 1/2. The staff is what makes this place. They are extremely helpful and eager to assist you. They carry wide variety of gourmet items. read more

I go here once a month. The workers are always really nice. My sons love finding the two cows they have hidden around the store sot hat they can get a free lollipop. I think the only downside to them is that they have no sales or coupons to use there. That really saddens me. It is a good thing their food is worth it. read more

Compared to the Trader Joe's near my old apartment in MA, this is a smaller store. Nevertheless, the pleasant demeanor of the staff and the great prices are reasons to come back. I came in on a Sunday with my mom to pick up Israeli couscous, sliced almonds, and a bag of raisins for less than $7! Watermelon was on sale for $3.99 each! read more

Positives: its in a great central location and this area definitely was in need of a store like Trader Joes, so good job for putting it here. The store is very organized and clean, its easy to navigate through. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. That's about it though. Why I'm not a huge fan: It is SO small. This is the smallest Trader Joes I have ever been to. Therefore, their selection is extremely limited...and when I say extremely, I mean it. The Trader Joes on Rt. 17 and Rt. 3 crap on this place. Also, parking is kind of tough. I wonder how many people get in accidents in that parking lot, if I had to guess, I'd say a lot. If you are used to coming here and do not venture to other Trader Joes, I can see why you'd give this place 4 or 5 stars. You don't miss what you don't know I guess. But seriously, check out Trader Joes on Rt. 17 North in Paramus or on Rt. 3 West in Clifton....way bigger and the selection is much more impressing, you wont be disappointed. read more

Love this store! It's clean well appointed and staffed with the nicest most helpful people. I highly recommend it!

I love Trader Joe's! It's such a great store with lots of healthy options. I only wish we had a bigger store nearby. Try the frozen Indian samosas and the Joe Joe cookies! Yummy!!! Apparently I'm not the only one who likes this place as it's always bustling with customers and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. read more

Great store for your organic needs. Have great salads and pre packaged foods. Love their egg white and chives salad and spinach dip. Have great frozen foods and dried fruits too. Not a place where you can do a full shopping but definitely a great store to purchase specialty organic ethnic food items. Staff is always friendly. read more

Trader Joe's - Hanging out and trader Joes for some spinach dip and crackers yummmmo - Grocery Near Me - Wayne, New Jersey

Although this is a very small Trader Joe's it has most of what I need. There's plenty of parking. Checking out can be crazy on the weekends. It's well stocked and the staff is friendly. read more

I am still in love with Trader Joe's and it's welcoming staff! Yesterday was my first visit to the new Wayne location. I love the wide aisles and larger selection. Each time I stopped an associate to ask help in finding an item, they walked me to the exact spot. There is a large staff available to help on the sales floor and lots of space at the registers to socially space securely. I am a senior citizen and avoid going to most stores; however, I feel very comfortable here. I'm going back today. I hope you try it soon. read more

Trader Joe's is the ONLY place I shop for my family of 6! The kind staff and friendly atmosphere is everything and they've made the best of Covid times. Find HOWIE at the Wayne store - you will smile and your day will be brighter for having met him!! read more

Quick, easy and fabulous. No wine though... head to Westfield or 14th St for that.

This is the 2nd smallest TJ in the nation, but they make up for it in personality. Love this store, fresh vegetables and meats. The store employees are so awesome. You can't get any Two Buck Chuck here but the Wine and Liquor Store right next store is amazing. read more

I don't go here often, but I certainly like it. Offers a variety of health foods at the least. If that doesn't interest you, hey, the packaging is different and its fun to shop there. I like buying "junk food" there along with their wide variety of teas which you can't buy at a typical grocery store. read more

I really like their pasta which is the main reason I stop by. It is a small store so their selections are limited. Kind of an upscale deli. Only Trader Joe's I have been in. read more

Trader Joe's is a unique store, and the Wayne location is great. The staff are friendly and accomodating, and they usually have free coffee and snacks, plus clean bathrooms. The only problem is it's a small store, and can get very crowded. Parking during peak times can be rough too. They have alot of excellent, unique frozen prepared food and desserts, priced reasonably. Most of their frozen entrees are much better than what you'd find in your average supermarket. The staff really is excellent and they accept returns without a hassle. When they're crowded, they make every effort to open additional check out lines, and when they open a new checkout lane, they always take the very next customer in line (from another line). Very smart, I just wish more stores would do that. I am always impressed at how helpful and pleasant all the staff members are! read more

Best supermarket ever with the best customer service! You don't expect those little annoying cashiers at other grocery stores not even saying anything, but at trader joes they are literally the nicest people there! Best food organics and non gmo. Here is a story you can reflect on: It was raining so hard that it was practically flooded outside and Noone knew it was coming. Tens of people were inside the store waiting for the rain to stop. Then, yes this is true, the MANAGER of the store put on a light coat, took out a large umbrella and escorted all the customers waiting to go to their cars one by one with her umbrella. After some time, she was soaking wet and I expected her to be cranky when it was our turn. She was in the best mood and so nice! "Ha it sure is raining hard out there! This umbrella might not help much with all the wind though sorry! Let's go, where's your car?" And she was so nice. The manager! Couldn't believe it. Here is another story: Once when I went there and was in a crummy mood I went to the checkout where the cashier was. She greeted me happily and I gave a nice smile. She then, after she bagged the groceries took a flower bouquet and put it in there for free! "You have good day" and that did make my day! You see this place truly is wonderful and should be an example for others stores. But what I can assure you is that this isn't another grocery store or shop rite, it's something nice! read more

I Love Trader Joe's but I am not seriously organic. I always find what I want, people are friendly and I am never disappointed in their selection. read more

Love love love! They have great prices ! FroZen and premade food is amazing! They have the happiest and nicest staff I've ever met!!

I no longer goto stop n shop, only this Trader Joe's for all my food. Healthy and wholesome stuff, mostly organic. And priced reasonably, much more so than say Wholefoods. read more

This place is a great value when compared to Whole Foods and other speciality and organic super markets. This specific location is also a lot less busier and more pleasant (especially when compared to the Paramus location). read more

This is my absolute favorite grocery store!! Always so clean and tidy, items are easy to find, and if you have any trouble there is always a friendly staff member available to help! They really go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a great one. On top of that, great food at great prices. Love this place!!! read more

This is a fabulous store! The customer service is always top notch; everyone is so friendly!! They have so many things that I can't get anywhere else. I get low-fat cheeses that aren't full of artificial anything and that taste great! They also have the best goat cheese. I always come here for produce. Everything is always high-quality and the prices are consistent. They also have the best cliantro-lime chicken mini wontons that are low in calories and fat, delicious, and I can't find them anywhere else. Love love love this place! I just wish they had a bigger store like other Trader Joe's locations I have been to. read more

I love traders joes ! The only thing it is missing is the WINE - like at other trader joes. Food is fresh and the staff is super helpful.

I love trader joes ! The store is always so neat and staff are amazing ! I love the little things like how they pull your cart in front of their register and load your bags ! I always bag my own stuff and always get a thank you in return ! I don't mind cause I know where it all is when u get home ! My daughter loves the whoppie pies ! The produce is always fresh and I only buy my meat here ! Also try the Dunker cookies wow !!! The parking lot as stated from other yelpers is small but hey ... Least what your getting is wayyyy worth it ! I've never been to the other locations but I don't mind the selection here . I always find what I need .. The cheeses see great too and although they have no wine ... There is a great liquor store in the same shopping center ! read more

Best supermarket ever! But with that being said love the Clifton location but lately it's been a totally nightmare getting parking in the lot and once you're in along with the of the rest crowds your left with half empty shelves and slim pickings. Although the staff is very accommodating and always working hard to keep the shelves stocked I think it's time for Trader Joe's to start looking into other locations in jersey we want more!!!!!! read more

I love this place! I go here regularly and the prices can not be beat. I use a lot of beauty products from here and they are very cheap in price. I am a big fan of the lavender scrub and coconut body butter. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They always have exotic items on their shelves. I love trying new things and this store is a Wonderland of new tasting experiences. I recommend their mango mochi. They have produce at great prices and have both organic and conventionally grown. If you are not an adventurous foodie then you will be happy to know that they have a lot of food items that are found in normal supermarkets but at much better prices. Give this Trader Joes a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

Above and beyond. I rushed out to Trader Joe's in Wayne close to 8:30pm on 8/14/20, knowing that they closed at 9:00pm. I was feeling down about the COVID after losing my mom to COVID complications and was a little distracted and feeling overwhelmed. Well, the young man at the register changed that! B, James (hoping my receipt reflects the right person) instantly cheered me up and in talking about how crazy life is right now, I mentioned to him that my mom passed away. What a compassionate young man! As I left the store, he had his co-worker hand deliver to me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was speechless standing there in the parking lot. Thanking her with tears in my eyes and asking her to thank James as well. I got in my car and drove away feeling hopeful, like everything was going to be ok. Trader Joe's you have quite a special young man working for you. James, thank you for your kindness and making a difference. I will never forget it. read more

I definitely like the Trader Joes in Westfield better. I feel like the staff is more welcoming and friendly than this location. Both are in a predominately white neighborhood so not sure if one is more welcoming due to that reason. This location is smaller, i only stopped in b/c I had a three our break in between classes and ended up in this area. Anyway, nothing really intrigued me to buy anything. I feel like when I go to Westfield location I always find something new to try though read more

Hello. I would like to acknowledge Trader Joe's in Wayne N.J. This past Saturday, June 15, 2019 I visited the store in Wayne. I was (sadly) returning canned dog food as our beloved Daisy had recently passed away unexpectedly. I was at the register with "Pat", who extended her sincere condolences and was very kind in honoring my return with no receipt. Suddenly, an employee, Mike, approached with a bouquet of flowers. I was taken aback when he said they were for me and he was sorry for my loss. I cannot express how touched I was by this gesture! I proceeded to do my shopping and at the checkout counter I was approached by a young sales girl who also presented me with a bouquet of flowers and expressed her sadness for our loss. I do not know how she knew but I was completely overwhelmed by the sincerity and thoughtfulness of Trader Joe's! I have been telling friends as far away as Florida how a truly sad loss was made a little easy to bear through the kindness of strangers at such a wonderful store !! I am thankful and grateful and wanted all to know of my experience! It made a difference in my life. Sincerely, Christine Fellner read more

This is one of the smaller Trader Joe's w/o beer and/or wine. It also has less items I think than other locations such as Clifton and Paramus. Regardless, this is still a good place to pick up more healthier food items and at decent prices. Its like a Walmart for actually good quality things. For a while they didnt have coffee samples here. One winter I called them out on this asking that if there is snow outside and its cold as death, why couldnt they try to push warm coffee samples. Suppose they took my advise and business picked up, lol. They still have coffee samples a year later! read more

I love trader joes. ill admit one of my favorite things is the free samples they always have going on. I also enjoy there selection of desserts as well as the half of dozen or more stuff I prefer there as opposed to other stores. This store is great and the people are friendly. If your looking for something the staff will help you find it or even look in the back to see if they have more. the store is pretty small so space is limited. so if they don't have something on the shelves they have it in back. sometimes when you go they have a product and sometimes they don't but you can order it. read more

I love trader joes. Their prices are amazing. Love that you can fine a variety of foods. I can't never get enough when going to this place.

I promise Trader Joe's I will be a customer for life! This is the most unique store, with reasonable prices, cool seasonal selections, and attentive staff. Some of my favorite items are: flowers, holiday plant decor, flat bread pizza for $4.99 in bakery section, hummus, coffee, snacks, sunscreen spray was rated #1.....to name a few. The staff is very helpful and have a positive, upbeat attitude. Wonderful if you have a return, you don't have to go to a separate line....just take care of it while you are checking out. Would vote for a bigger store (with liquor) with a better parking lot in Wayne in the future. Hopefully one of the TJ's Executives will see this! read more

Luv this Trader Joe's the staff is great !!! Every time I go its like everyone is family ! My two favorite people Edith and Toni
