    So much fruit!
    Ryan C.

I love TJ. This store is huge! There was so much fresh produce and fruit I wanted to get one of everything! I popped in for a little premade snack on my way to the airport. Like every other store that I have ever been to, it was well stocked, clean, and the staff was super friendly.

Wow... this location gets BUSY. I went on a Sunday, which is usually the only day I hit up Trader Joe's anyway, and with the farmers market nearby it was absolutely packed. But honestly, even with all that traffic, everything still ran super smoothly. Shout out to our cashier whose name started with an L (I think it was Lave?) an African American woman who was so quick, so friendly, and so professional. I went in with a longer grocery list than expected and she had me in and out in no time, which I really appreciated when the store was this crowded. The parking situation is actually really convenient, especially for a Hollywood location, which I heavily appreciate because that's usually the worst part of shopping in this area. The staff overall does a great job keeping things moving and organized despite how busy it gets. The only thing to be aware of is the outside streets. There are some unhoused individuals and solicitors around, which I know is out of Trader Joe's control, but it definitely gives a different vibe compared to shopping back home in the Valley. That said, the store itself is efficient, clean, and well run, and I'd absolutely still recommend this location if you're in the area and want to knock out your groceries quickly even on a hectic day. And over all the food is what you would find anywhere else with Trader Joe's.

This location stays busy. Good for them as it's prime spot right in the heart of Hollywood. Right above them is an apartment complex so how nice is it to come down and shop. It's on a busy corner in the middle of Sunset and Hollywood on Vine. Across the street from Equinox. Customer service has always been amazing. Right when you walk in your guarantee to be greeted by someone. In my experience it's alway been sweet. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. If you're looking for something and can't find it, they're more than happy to help. If it's not there, it maybe in the back. There's loads of register for checking out. The floral department is quite nice and big. Compared to a lot of the other locations, it's inside so the plants tends to stay fresher versus if they're out in the sun all day. The isles are nice and wide so it makes shopping easier with the trolley. Parking lot available with validation. One of the nicer Trader Joe's in the city.

This Trader Joe's location is big! I drove past it trying to find parking for the Hollywood stars walk of fame and then end up coming back to shop after. They didn't have all the items that I normally buy to bring back to Hawaii but they did have a lot of new items like the blue cheese potato chips, ketchup chips, pumpkin liege waffles, and furikake snack mix. They had the dusty blue large Insulated bag as well as the large green canvas tote bag available at the front of the store. The store is spacious and the checkout was fast. Since it's sort of in the city, I guess people don't buy a cart full of things. I like coming to Trader Joe's because their prices have remained consistent over the years and Hawaii people love getting their reusable bags as gift. If I wasn't in this area, I would not go out of way to come here. I did see a sign for parking and the garage but I'm not sure if it was free. I parked 1 street over and fed the meter.

Awesome Trader Joe's, always clean, as soon as you walk in it feels so inviting. Nice and bright, organized, fresh produce, the best salads and snacks. I always find what I need in Trader Joe's. Staff is friendly. I liked seeing the Hollywood Stars outside on the sidewalk.

Who thought grocery shopping could be so fun! When I was in Cali I stopped by to pick up some water and ended up having a ball! The entire shop is arranged in such an entertaining manner. I loved the murals on the wall and the items they had on stock. The staff was helpful and I was able to easily find what I was looking for. I truly was tempted to buy more things than I has initially come there for. I found some amazing macarons and they stayed crispy and chewy for several days. The layout was also convenient as we stopped by while walking the Walk of Fame. The various levels made pick up and drop off easy. While is was crowded, it somehow never felt congested and we had plenty of space. This place truly converted me into a grocery shopper!

My love for this location and Trader Joe's over all is forevermore. I am usually in here often for quick pick-up meals, groceries essentials, and curiosity for new items on display. Oh... and samples if I come early enough for those haha. They also carry unique snacks that are worthy, affordable, convenient and yummy. Call me a Trader "Hoe" because I am in it way too often whether it's this location or another lol (jokingly) Familiar faces here every time I drop by whether it's the employees, the regulars or randomly running into music industry folks I've associated with. The employees are always pleasant, always willing to chat, and surpasses an uplifting mood during their busy hours. I came in at a benevolent time. I was waiting in line to get ringed up and the woman in front of me randomly wanted to purchase me an item as a "just because." I resisted but she persisted as it stems from a desire of hers. So I accepted her kind gesture. Moni, an employee cashiering at the time, was a sweet one. And Elliot, another employee, who seems to always be in such a great mood...makes you want to have a grand day when you talk to him. Anyways, come to this TJ because the customer service is awesome!

All right, let's talk Trader Joe's. this one is a popular one because of it's location but getting there is like a mini adventure. Parking is a hassle; it's like a puzzle where the pieces don't fit. But once you're in, you realize how lucky we are to have this Trader Joe's in the neighborhood. They've got a fantastic selection. seriously, it's like a wonderland compared to some other locations near me. The grab-and-go options are top-tier here so if you're in a rush, you might just be leaving with a gourmet victory lap. And don't even get me started on the flowers. They are bigger, brighter, and better than close to me. Inside, the aisles are clean. just make sure you validate your parking at checkout or you might get a little ticket surprise. Oh, and if you park on the street, be ready for a mini weightlifting session as no carts allowed outside, so it's you versus your groceries!

Denied the service animal even said I ll provide the certificate

This is unacceptable and horrible service esp from the management team which I believed that she is the manager who I been talking to. I ll write detail later.

One of my favorite stores. I like how it's all people who do cashiering, fingers crossed continues. Yet the people doing cashiering and working in this Trader Joe's store really bring a great vibe. Honestly at some stores I hate to say this but rather do self checkout because vibe isn't the best. I found with retail, cashiering if have fun, engage can connect and have fun makes time go by faster! Which is why I left Trader Joe's yesterday with a great experience. Rocio has to be one of the nicest people I've run into while shopping. Rocio was super friendly and I could tell uber smart! Thanks so much and I found some good items at very good prices!

I had just come back from going…read moreout and ran into my mom in front of the elevator, and she asked me to go to the market with her. But honestly, this place is absolutely terrible and horrible. Both my mom and I agreed that we will never come back here again. My mom had come to get a refund because one of the pears she bought the day before was completely rotten. The market manager refunded $2 to her credit card, which was fine. The real problem started after that. When my mom was trying to drive out of the parking lot, the gate bar went up after scanning the parking ticket, but then suddenly came crashing down. If my mom hadn't quickly backed up, it could have hit her car. The bigger issue was that after that, the gate bar never went back up again. Cars behind us had to use another exit nearby. My mom, who was very shaken, went to ask the market manager what to do, but she said she didn't know. (At first, I stayed in the car and had to tell the cars behind us to use the other exit because the gate was not working). I was very upset when I heard that, so I went inside and asked the manager for the building management's contact number. She gave me a number, but when I called, the person who answered kept saying she couldn't find the address even after I repeated it more than ten times. Eventually, she told me they no longer manage that building. So I asked her to provide the contact number for the property management that handles the building, and she gave me another number. but it led to an automated system. After selecting the emergency option, a man answered, but even after I clearly spelled out "Zion" multiple times (Z as in Zebra, I as in Ice cream, O as in Oscar, N as in Nancy), he still couldn't understand and then told me that they no longer manage the building and hung up. We arrived at the market around 5 PM and didn't get out until 7 PM. No one helped us at all. After the call, I went back to the market manager again, but she still said she didn't know anything. It made me so angry--how can a manager not even know the property management contact for the building they work in? I also have low blood sugar, so when I get hungry, I start shaking. I ended up buying a piece of bread from the Paris Baguette inside the market. I didn't have cash with me, so I had to pay $3.50 with my card, but thankfully, the staff there was very kind. In the end, my brother had to come all the way from Burbank to get a new parking ticket for us so we could finally get out--after two hours. If he hadn't come, we might have been stuck there even longer or had to abandon the car. Thinking about it now still makes me extremely angry. The customer service is terrible, the building management is a mess, and there was no security at all. I never want to come back to this place. We spent two hours there, from 5 PM to 7 PM, completely wasting our time. Because of this, I couldn't do anything I had planned for the rest of the afternoon and evening. It was an absolute nightmare. My mom was also very upset and couldn't believe a place like this exists. FYI) Every time I come to this market, there is absolutely no cell phone signal., which is another major downside.

Prices everywhere are going up so I wouldn't say this is the cheapest place to shop but for what you get it's not bad, and if you are looking to get a variety of what you need for Asian cooking this is a good spot for it. Service was quick and friendly at the register as this no frills and casual market. There is a parking garage behind the grocery as part of the mall but it can get crowded on weekends so if you're lucky you can find street parking but watch for street signs and some areas and streets are not in the best neighborhoods adjacent so be wary of your surroundings.

I asked her how things worked and she explained it all. The kefir/kombucha bottles are $4 for 16 oz and they have 3 of each on tap. I asked Marcy about one before realizing everything had a QR code and you can easily pull up the ingredients and descriptions/directions for each item. I'm getting away from plastics and this place scratches me right where I itch! They sell just about anything you can imagine! I was so impressed w the selection! They even have produce and fresh sourdough bread! The day old is 50% off and I'm so mad I was in a pinch and had to buy store bought bread, otherwise I would've tried it today. I can't say enough. Even the music was fire and I was shazaming and jamming. Shower gels, body care, non seed oils, baking mixes, laundry pods and things you see in bulk at like Sprouts, but the quality and sourcing seems to be better. Some items don't need jars and they sell paper bags for .10 each. I did a kombucha/kefir tasting. Marcy brought these steel bowls over. No waste at all! If you drink the POG kefir soda at Erewhon and love it, try it here! It's made w fruit and is noticeably better! And POG there is my fave. Just try it at Re_!!! So when I was checking out I asked Marcy about being more prepared and bringing my own glasses next time. They've thought of everything!!!! There's iPads and scales in the front of the store. They weigh your empty containers and give you a sticker with the tare weight and then subtract it from the weight at the end! Revolutionary! They add 3% for the employees. I should've added more. Marcy was amazing and worth it. I'm honestly not big on tipping everyone for just breathing but if all the employees are like Marcy, they are worth way more than 3%! If you sign up you get 100 points instantly, $1 = 1 pt, and at 200 pts you get $10! It's not hard to spend in places like this but it's beyond worth it. I keep seeing things about the harms of plastic and don't get me started on all the other crap in our food. I foresee this as a new staple in my diet and home. They even have cleaning products! I'm getting my spices here from now on too! I'm a fan and I'll be back! Thank you Marcy and to the owners that had this amazing idea!
