Got my nails done on 5/28/2021 the cost 75.00 dollars manicure and pedicures and i tip the guy 20.00 plus gave another nail tech a 20.00 tip for a older lady getting her nails done. I don't get pedicure's often, but wanted my feet to look nice while on vacation. June 27, 2023 I got a fungal infection after going to this place. My pinky toe was infected it turned black and red. In between my toe was pus, it was very painful and hard to wear any shoes. I went to urgent care when I returned, was prescribed antibiotics and a cream. Today is August 3rd and my foot still isn't healed. I agree with previous client, this place needs to reported to the board of health. I'll do my own feet from now on, it's not worth the pain. I went today with high hopes and left very disappointed I cried in my car. The lady at table 6 her dryer said Vivian but I not sure that is her name. She was very unfriendly, honestly rude. I came in with a design from their insta long story short it was clear she was unaware how to achieve the design. She seemed so irritated with me for no reason. looking at other reviews this seems to to be a common occurrence. I experienced the same short attitude and getting up and leaving just awful customer service. There's always at least 2 nails that are overly crooked. Paint job is subpar with bubbles, every time. Prices always change depending on which uncertified "technician" you get. Not sanitary. The boss guy used the gel brush and gel to seal a broken drill. I've went about 8 times but only once was it worth the money- the woman's name was Summer. Everyone else leaves me unsatisfied. Came here for a pedicure. Sat me down and walked away. Didn't say anything or start the pedicure water. I said excuse me twice to ask if they can start the water to soak, on the second excuse me she finally replied with "later" I would not recommend anyone to come here. Staff was very rude. I'm obsessed with this place. I've been going here for almost a year now, and they do such an amazing job every time I come here. I always feel pretty welcome here too. Hailey is even sweeter though! She has such a nice and bubbly personality, and she even socializes with you so you don't feel too awkward. I've had great experiences with almost every nail tech here, but I like her the most I think just because she's so easy to talk to and connect with. Definitely highly recommend this place!! Go at your own risk. I got a fungal infection after going to this place. They do not clean their equipment and the few times I went there I do not recall any precautions taken to ensure the welfare of their customers. My daughter's and I went there on Sunday for pedicures. It took them about 10 minutes to give us each a pedicure. I got the a little better one so mind was 40. So they spent 15 minutes on me. Non of us got our nails filed for a top coat. All we got was a 5 min soak and nail polish. Not my idea of a pedicure. My first time to this salon and very careless. Obviously, I always cut my nails before heading to any salon coz I don't trust their cleaning skills. The lady who did my nails didn't even clean up my nails or shape or anything except to scrub and paint my nails. She painted my big toe like 5x coz she can't figure out on how to dry up my nails without touching the roof of the led light. Came in for a shellac change as I do quite often, every two weeks or so. Each time I've gone in I've been charged $15 for what I get done. This time, when I told the manicurist I just wanted a shellac change she asked if I wanted a manicure, I responded not this time and she started whispering to the gentleman next to her. She looked back at me and said it would be $18. Fine, whatever. $3 extra is not worth an argument. Then as she's finishing my nails I notice she forgets to put a final clear coat on my left hand. She insists she did although I had been watching the whole time and know that she did not. Horrible service! I gave them a chance and it was horrible. Customer service is terrible. I came in today because the shellac I got was dull, not shiny at all. So I gave them a chance to make things right. They start speaking in their language and obviously this is uncomfortable to me as a customer because now I feel they're talking nonsense about me. So I ask kindly that they tell me what they're saying as I'm feeling uncomfortable because I don't know what they're saying. Another "loyal" customer butts in and tells me I should go to another nail shop where they speak Mexican. Who asked for her opinion? Who said I was Mexican?! They treated me poorly. I never asked for my money back and I was kind to them in giving them a chance to rectify their mistake. I was treated unfairly, poorly, and didn't even received an apology. I stopped in this place On Af busy Friday afternoon because I was running short on Time and I needed to get my nails done for the weekend. immediately was not impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment but its like I said I was busy and needed to get my nails done quickly. I went with the shellac manicure and a polish change on my toenails. I was told different prices three different times for the same services. this was without a doubt the worst manicure I've ever had in my life.
