However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

However, this store is closed randomly for "maintenance" (with no one in the parking lot), or for "staff shortages." Since I've been here (1.5months) I've experienced it closed 4 times (that I've gone to actually shop, no telling how many other days it's been closed that I wasn't aware), whether for an entire day or for half of a day. Inside, it's like every other DG, nothing to write home about. Cluttered and aisles are full of boxes waiting to be put away. The good part is that there is a self checkout so you don't have to wait on a girl in the back room on her cell phone to come help you. Avoid if you can, but if you're in Tioga, you probably can't, so good luck!
