I went there to get oil changing supplies and also because they got a good review from a friend of mine who was local to that store. I live in an outlying area about an hour away from the store. I also was in the market for a used ATV or side by side. As soon as I walked in the store there was young, tattooed male who asked me what I wanted. He didn't bother saying hello, or asking me how my day was going, and he seemed short tempered to me like I was bothering him. I was the only customer in the store. I told him what I was looking for and I asked about recommendations for oil viscosities based on what I read in my owners manual for my ATV which I had just bought the day prior from a private seller. The guy was rude and short with me telling me they only use 1 one type of oil without explaining why. Then a middle aged woman came out to the counter and was a little more helpful and nice, but she didn't go out of the way to be nice. I wasn't very impressed with their attitude. I was ready to spend $5,000 that day for a used ATV, but I wasn't going to spend it with that kind of an attitude with a new customer. I did end up buying the $85 worth of oil, mind you it was only 4 quarts, and a tiny oil filter. Can you say expensive? The sad part is they have a competitor next door that sells New Factory Honda's. So guess where I went after leaving Arnie's to buy a used ATV? read more

I had a flat tire on my Goldwing across the border in Montana, on my way back to New York. After a long truck ride trailering the bike to Williston, Arnie's was able to hook me up with a new tire and get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! And, right at closing time - and it's a Goldwing, which causes some mechanics/service people migraines. That's the kind of service that reminds you there's a brotherhood among bike riders - and it's not what you ride, it's that you ride. Thanks, Arnie's! read more

This place is a joke, business sucks, the guy that owns it is a immature child. No conflict resolution, can't communicate, he'll straight up hang up on you so will his little front desk side piece. If they don't like what you have to say, no people skills other then sell sell sell. Im sorry but we're locals born and raised and we want to be more then a sale we want a reason to come back but he doesn't care about that...he can't keep help unless he's sleeping with them and if they don't he fires them. This man preys on the young, weak, vulnerable and single moms out there just disgusting. Also dont buy into warranty waste of time and money he can't fix your units after they break because he can't get good help he only cares about the sale and making money off of you he has no business knowledge plus cheated on his ex wife and is cheating on his girlfriend don't doubt he's ever been faithful or knows how to be it's shocking he can keep them all straight he calls himself a Christian I say he's a HYPOCRITE I wouldn't let my daughters near this guy and definitely never bring my wife around him again guarantee he'd try to sleep with her especially if i wasn't around. I have 3 grown kids little younger then this guy but guarantee they all act more mature could run this business and know how to treat people better than this guy and what a role model to kids I'd never bring mine around him he can act like a good dad but no man with daughters himself would treat women the way this guy does and having sex on the things he's selling and bragging about it... small town buddy word gets around when you feel the need to tell everyone what your doing! Grow up and get your head right your a business owner in a small town. Such a disappointment. read more

Hopefully the new owner does better at this than he does at selling junk on Facebook, bought an item on facebook and he lied through his teeth to push his product to sell. read more

They ordered and painted the hinge, then my wife brought the truck in and waited while they installed it. Everyone there was super nice to my wife and kids and to me. The truck looks great again, my family had a good time waiting there (with a 9 and a 2 year old). If I need any body work again, I know where I'll be going.
