I'll give it to them, they have a large selection of just about everything you might need, but I just encountered three of the rudest employees I've ever come across. So, if you've ever been to Tractor Supply, you've probably seen the little ducks and chickens. Well last year you used to be able to go in the cage thing and look into the bins that they're kept in. I've even seen people pet them before! I wanted to send a picture of them to a friends since she's interested in getting chickens, so I went to open the gate like usual and I had three employees start yelling at me! The first one loudly said "No way, not allowed!" instead of "I'm sorry, but you can only see them if you're interested in buying one. Then the three men continued to LOUDLY talk about me and how I was breaking the rules, saying "there's a big sign." I'll tell you one thing-- I never saw a sign about not looking at the animals or entering the cage. I saw a bunch of signs about the types of chickens and ducks, but not that I couldn't enter. And yes, I did look after I closed the gate back up. Make a bigger sign I guess. So yeah, thanks for making me feel like absolute trash for something that was perfectly acceptable to do just last year. I could look over the fact that I found bugs in my wood shaving, I could accept the fact that sometimes the large bags of food had bugs in it and they would invade my garage, but I will not accept this. You just drove away a loyal customer, because I'm not coming back if this is what employees believe is an acceptable way to talk to a fellow human. read more
