Great local business! The manager Dom is super friendly, greets you upon entering (or anyone else regardless of what they're doing). The place is pretty clean and quiet spacious once you walk in. They have everything from guppy fish to rabbits, mice, birds, cats and kittens. This location carries a huge selection of different food options for all types of animals as well as health care, body care, and clothing. DEATH ZONE ALERT! So the pet business can be tough but thats no excuse for selling "dead walking" animals and then not giving a proper refund. There food and supplies are good just dont buy any animals from them! Poor care can kill animals but some people have been owning pets for years and the ones bought here die after a week. Also their live feed is too expensive. Not worth it do what everyone does find a good breeder or go on amazon. Cheaper better. Or go to another location this one needs major work. read more

Adopted a cat a few years ago from here. Less than a week later, the cat developed a upper respiratory infection, and when we had called the store, they told us to bring her in to treat her. We then got a call that she had passed away along with her 3 other siblings. On top of that, she was my 10 year old daughter's, so she was of course, heartbroken. They also sell mutt puppies for over 1,000 and all the cages are completely disgusting. DO NOT support this place no matter what. read more

This place a row of puppies ready to play with and its awesome, its a free thing to do with the girlfriend or even the kids without the commitment of getting a dog, they are way overpriced and the workers never seem to be around but its the only place near the shore that has pups to play with read more

I'm not sure if this pet shop has gone downhill or what's going on because reading the reviews made me think they'd be rivals to Petsmart but we quickly realized this was not the case. There really wasn't anyone in the store when we went except 2-3 customers and one clerk and while I don't really usually care whether or not someone shoots out to greet me as soon as I walk in, the reviews for this shop made me think the service would be better than what we experienced. For the most part, they're a fine pet store aside from the condition of the cages of most of the animals. The dogs and cats were housed in acceptable conditions however the birds and the bunnies were not. The birds' cages didn't seem to be cleaned in a long time and their water was full of feces. It made me cringe watching them drink the water and seeing how filthy it was. Also, there seemed to be a lot of birds in very small cages and some of the birds had feces on them, as well. The bunnies' compartment had a lot of poop pellets intermingled with their hay/wood shavings and while I would normally assume that possibly the cages are hard to keep clean, I NEVER see animals in these conditions at Petsmart. Now, one thing I will say about Petsmart is that the people washing/grooming the dogs in their separate grooming area always look annoyed and angry. I certainly wouldn't want to take my pets to Petsmart for grooming for this reason. That's my only complaint about Petsmart. However, going back to this pet shop, I would say clean up a bit and hire some more people and they'd be much improved from what I saw. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars ! The animals were living in horrible conditions. One cat was so sick you couldn't even take it out of the cage which barely had any room left considering the filthy liter box took up most of the poor kittens room. Not to mention all of the other kittens were filthy many which had their third eyelid showing indicating sickness or lack of care. All of the animal at this location were so overpriced they will probably never be sold ended in them being euthanized. I can't even comprehend how this store is still in business. Utterly horrible. read more

The ferrets on the floor bite very hard. I was shocked on how inexperienced the staff is on ferret care. I have had ferrets for 15 years, and I never experienced that before. I brought my daughter who is 8 into the store and she was injured from the baby ferrets that you have out for display. They should be socialized more or put in a cage where little children can not touch them. This is not how ferrets act, and with that type of behavior good luck selling them!!!! read more
