My wife asked if I could help her safely remove it and set it free. As we were trying to release this little mouse from it's sticky trap, an A to Z worker happened to show up. I had such misconceptions about pest control services and thought they believed all pests must die. We actually thought the person that showed up was going to be upset with us. He arrived right after we freed the little mouse from the trap using hand sanitizer but we had concerns it was injured in the process . This guy took over care of the little creature, checked all its limbs, assured it was going to to do ok, placed it comfortably in its truck and fed it peanut for strength. Mind blown. He informed us that they do their best to free any trapped animal safely back to nature. I wish I knew the name of this guy but it was just a wonderful to see a "pest control' person handle this little baby mouse with so much compassion. Heart warming during this difficult time. The many who provides the water heater out of state was very easy to deal with and provided full customer service and warranty information. This was a replacement warranty. The heater was installed by a service provider and it went great. But don't think you will be getting your money back (General Plumbing of Lakewood TAKES and holds your money hostage-- even with written proof from the manufacturer that the warranty unit is covered). There was no need to take my money upfront when the manufacturer confirmed unit was 100% covered which means they send General Plumbing a check And confirmed in writing. Instead, they make you pay upfront even with the full written approval. And then they are making me wait until they said they received the credit--and received And they got the credit days earlier and told me by phone they didn't get it. And they said it would take weeks for it to be processed. And then I called the manufacturer again and they said they sent the warranty credit five days earlier -- and would send it Again to General Plumbing this day. Then I called General again, a second time this day-- and they said they referred it upstairs for processing after I indicated that it was previously sent days ago and again this day.
