Their store manager, Ernie Abercrombie, is to blame on this matter specifically. I stopped in and I was there for 35 minutes waiting on them to "found the right keys" needed to cut them. 4 employees later and a lot of wasted time I was able to get them done. Every employee needs to be trained on key cutting and finding the correct key.
