However, over the past year, I have not been very impressed. I have worked in retail and customer service for long time, and I do understand high demand items and backorders. I have tried to order some items as simple as dog treats through the drive thru several times, and it they're ALWAYS out of stock. It will say in stock, I will order them, and I get a message telling me that they're "Out of stock." I have seen "Out of stock" then I go into the store and get them off of the shelf myself, pay for them and leave. Today, it says "In stock, only 9 left." So, I hurry up and put an online order in to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes and have the employee tell me that they are buried and there's no forklift driver. This is the 4th time in a row I have had issues like this. I get the best value for the product at Blaine's, but the availability and service is beyond inexcusable. Please get your act together. I plan to go elsewhere from now on. This is the reason people do their shopping online.
