Very clean. Not over crowded. It felt a little bigger than most target stores. My friend and I were in MI for the weekend and the weather had changed. I had the best experience with this Target. I called various Targets from Washington D.C. to Traverse City, Michigan, my home state. The LeBron James doll dropped today and sold out everywhere! No manager at any Target was willing to assist me. I wanted to go online and order but was unable to for some odd reason. I called Traverse city and spoke to Ryan, the manager at the store. He was awesome! He bent the rules one time and held 1 figurine for me. He showed humanity and exemplary customer service!!!!!! I work for the government and sometimes I have to show my humanity side also and it gives me a sense of pride to help someone and it gives me hope that there are still some great people in this evil world. I have to say Chris was awesome as well! He showed my mother kindness and for that I am grateful! I realize it's their job to give excellent customer service but, a lot of people don't! I thank Ryan and wish that more companies would hire the best of the best! Just had the worst customer service. Came to get my pick up order & the guy working came out and said "yeah your order is ready" and I sit in my car for almost an hour. As he's coming in and out with huge orders for other people. Had my screaming one year old with me & thats why I had to do pick up. He didn't communicate what was going on to me at all. I just ended up leaving without my order. Very frustrating. read more

Bad Customer service. I got accused of shoplifting when walking around the store after buying. They asked to look through my bags and receipt with no proof of shoplifting. Very accusative and mean. Didn't even apologize when they were proven wrong. I also lost my stuff when they were checking because they took everything out. Didn't realize until I got home. The store also has a lot of expired food that they are still selling. read more

So I had ordered my school supplies from Target and I'm not sure if maybe it was the delivery company or what, but my package was so beat up it was ridiculous. I paid around 50 dollars and that's not including shipping I was expecting a little more luckily nothing was damaged. read more

I was shopping with a few friends and we went over to the trampoline ball area of the toy section, we grabbed a few and weren't even messing around or anything. genuinely checking to see how good the ball was because in the spring we set up our trampoline and most years we get new balls. well a worker said if we arent buying them then we need to put it back, fair request so I decided to buy it, she told me that I needed to put it back in that moment because she didn't believe me, I tried to explain to her I would buy it but then she made me put it back. after that interaction I told my friend that "this store is stupid" and she proceeded to call security to walk us out. we were just shopping and I believed this woman stereotyped us just because we were young.i believe we did not do one thing wrong but I guess I will find a new place to do my shopping read more

Great store! Staff is nice and they keep the store very clean! Target has good enough pricing to keep me coming back. On somethings they are higher than Walmart but the clientele at Target is way less scary than Walmart. This store is attached to the mall so that's also a plus for this store. This Target location is very crowded and has a hard time keeping up with it's customers - even on a Wednesday afternoon! Many items did not have prices listed, things were in the wrong spot (so the real price was hard to find), and the checkout lines were longer than I've ever seen them at a Target except for Black Friday! They have a large women's clothing section, but it's disorganized and the dressing room attendant was nowhere to be found. This location was so bad that we ended up leaving without purchasing anything. The only reason this is a two star review is because of the CVS pharmacy inside. I went into Target today and was greeted with a sign stating they required a mask. As I shopped I saw 10 + customers with out. I asked an employee what there policy is and she said only to post a sign, the corporate policy is to do nothing if customers don't comply. She also stated that she wished they enforced the policy too because she doesn't feel safe. I will not be shopping at any Targets until the pandemic is over. read more

I love, love, love Target. I got a winter coat for forty bucks that will obviously last me for a long, long time. I've gotten the cutest jeans, some good food prices, and decorations for my house from here as well. It's the best deal (next to Meijer!). This is the first target that I fell in love with. I heart all targets but this was my first experience and I will never for get you! Best thing about target? Clearance racks of anything. I love target and almost daily shop there . Recently I went to the Starbucks to get my usual drink before shopping and one of your employees , a man , had red lip stick on and eye makeup . I really do like Target stores in general, but this Target store stinks. It used to be a LOT better, but now that they have greatly increased the size of the grocery department (without increasing the size of the store), you can't find much of anything in the store. Prior to the grocery dept. coming in, this Target had a nice selection of general merchandise, but now it seems they carry only a handful of selections in just about anything you're looking for. The grocery dept. also is SOOO lacking in anything but snack foods, you can't truly buy your weekly grocery there....unless you're happy with frozen meals. All in all, Target would have been MUCH better off just keeping a very small grocery section for the basics (milk, bread) and leave the rest of the store alone. I seldom go into Target anymore because the selection of merchandise is so low in most any given department. Unfortunately, I know of several other people in our city (Traverse City) that feel the same way. Bad call, Target. You should have left well enough alone! read more

I really like this store, one of the best stores in the mall. Great selection of women's clothing and reasonably priced and other items as well. Wish they had a target closer to Petoskey, I live an hour away so I don't get there as often as I'd like. read more

To access the handicap carts you have to walk halfway through the store. If I could walk that far without an aid the cart would be pointless. Really they should be accessible to handicap people. Not all the way beyond the check out lines read more

I just tried to use the drive up pick up for the first time. I called and called target many times from outside and no one answered. I finally had to go inside where I stood in line for 20 minutes. As soon as I was next up, the girl shut the register right off and walked away without any explanation. I leave the line and someone else calls a manager to help me. This manager had a cast on her leg with blonde/streaky black hair. I explain my situation and she is a complete snob the whole time. Not understanding what I was trying to do and making me in the wrong. So while the pick up is supposed to be brought out to the car, I ended up carrying everything out myself. This manager needs to learn some customer service. read more

It's not the best Target by a mile. Entry is usually dirty, and the last time we went about 1/3 of the items didn't list the prices. The staff is always friendly, but I will no longer shop for groceries or household stuff because when you do price checks, they are always higher than Meijer. read more

Target always does the trick. I have come here for a swimsuit, candy, an iPhone case, ice cream, and countless other things. I love that there is a Starbucks so I can get a good cup of coffee to enjoy while I am doing my shopping and I always get that feeling like I have just stumbled onto MILF Island. Good store with cheap price point and quality products. I would give the store a 5 star but they have a limited amount of space. They carry almost everything but not enough of it. Very disappointed in the customer service here. I was there a couple days ago where they have signs EVERYWHERE saying that all cold weather accessories are Buy one, Get one free. I asked someone about it in the toddler clothing section and she didn't really seem to know what was going on or have an answer for me at all. So I went over to the boys section where I looked at yet another sign stating that it was buy one get one free so I finally decided to buy 2 items and I go to the register. I realized that my items did not ring up as buy one get one so I told the cashier, who didn't know anything about the sale so she called a manager over who said for some reason they are not ringing up but they are NOT Buy one get one free. Instead she said they are Buy one, get one 50% off. I clearly saw signs throughout the whole store that said the second item is FREE. I wish I would have taken a picture with my phone so I could have showed her. So they wouldn't give me the real sale deal. I checked online when I got home and they were in FACT buy one get one free. I am so annoyed at this customer service here. read more
