They offer many classes for a small fee in regards to homesteading - raising chickens, creating/using herbal remedies, and making soap are just a few. You don't have to have a farm to find something interesting here! There are products for sale for gardening, composting, canning, soap making, farming/animal husbandry, fermenting, and homemade body products. They also have a freezer section with local meat and eggs, if you are looking to purchase locally grown foods. There is a surprising amount of usable/collectible vintage and ceramic items as well, like cast iron skillets, fermentation crocks, butter churns, and linens. The owners are super friendly and willing to help with any questions. By purchasing items here instead of Tractor Supply, Lowe's, etc, you are helping to support a local business, so keep that in mind if prices are slightly higher than a chain store. Come check this place out, and maybe even learn a new skill!

Now don't get me wrong, Fiebing's Saddle Soap is a very good product and have used it for many years. I don't use it for saddles but instead for cleaning / restoring "OLD" leather military items. For example; Leather Scabbards for Military Bayonets and Fighting knives with leather sheaths, rifle slings and even old leather binocular cases. At any rate, one of the staff located some Fiebing's and said they could have it within a week or less. There was an old leather Frog for a 1894 Swedish bayonet that I wanted to get cleaned and restored. Another of the staff went with me to look over some of the other leather cleaning products available. He showed me a tug of "ABSORBINE's" HORSEMAN'S ONE STEP, it is a leather cleaner & conditioner cream that actually worked great. The leather Frog had a dry feel and deep white aging spots all over the surface, when I finished I was amazed at how well it worked. The Frog's leather looks like it has been well kept for decades instead of just recently cleaned. It didn't darken the leather and now looks great with it's bayonet attached. Again, thanks to all the staff at Liberty Western, a great place to also get ALL kind of fine quality leather items too!
