My husband and I love tractor supply company. He goes there twice a month sometimes more maybe once a month I go there with him. He mostly goes there to buy chicken feed, duck seed, pig pellets, and rabbit pellets, and hay. When I go on there, look at the cute stuff, they have some really cute boots. Last time I went two weeks ago I bought a red truck it's about 18 inches long kind of old fashion looking it wasn't on sale, but it was absolutely adorable, and I had to have it, as soon as I saw it I grabbed it and wouldn't put it down, you will not believe how cute. A few months back we went to pick up the feed and the hay and they had some baby chicks. We already have six full grown hens so we don't need any chicks. My husband said oh that's too bad they don't have any baby ducks. I'm in the mood to get a couple baby ducks. I said let's ask somebody if they have them in the back. My husband was like they're not gonna have ducks stored in the back!!!. But guess what!? They did have baby ducks in the back hee hee, and really cute ones too. We got two baby Pekins. Absolutely adorable. It turns out we got a male and a female hooray!!! We figure in the spring will be getting some duck eggs. Looking forward to that. I love their store they have a great variety of food, treats, toys, leads, leashes, antibiotics, vitamins, Pretty much everything and anything to help keep your pets happy and healthy. I adore coming here with my little family! Before tractor supply I had to drive to another city to find pet supplies but now I can ride 5 minutes up the road for all of my needs. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. I bring my large lab/shepherd mix in on occasion and he is well received. The cashiers will give your pup a dog treat while checking out, a sweet touch. I also have a guinea pig and I strictly buy my food and bedding from Tractor Supply. The prices are not far off from other large stores and the customer service is much better. Parking is always plentiful. The staff are very knowledgeable about what is where and willing to immediately help you reach items on the highest shelf. Their 4Health brand dog food seems to do much better with my large breed puppy than the ProPlan I was spending 2x the amount on. His fur is shiny, thick and the food keeps well in containers. My son loves coming here to walk around and look at the Tractors when we are buying his puppy and pig supplies. We are looking into buying a riding mower from Tractor Supply despite the higher prices because of their awesome customer service and variety of items. read more

I frequent this location often. Today I left rather p*ssed off, not by my experience, but by how an older black man was treated while I was there. As I entered the store, an older man was too and was inquiring about propane. I went on to get my items and I believe someone called for help to come up to the front for him. The cashier needed extra time to finish up with the customers in line ahead of me. I waited very patiently. I came up next in line and the older gent looking for propane help stepped to my right side in front of me to wait. The older cashier (a white man) must have taken what the blk customer said in a wrong way, cause he was curt and rude (in my opinion) to the black customer. I almost told the cashier to calm down. I felt like he was treating me with respect because I am white. I felt sorry for the older customer and felt he had said nothing wrong to the cashier. I could tell that the customer was old school and figured by the age of the cashier, that he should be too. It just really bothered me that this happened today. TSC is one of my favorite stores. I just wanted this to be brought to someone's attention. read more

Tripped over a flat cart with sodas on it that was left by the cash register just now about 2:20 in smithfield va. 3-16-20. It looked like someone was sticking and just left it unattended. I feel a Nice deep bruise coming up on my left leg but more importantly my left hip took a good wrenching twist . I am JUST recovering well from a major hip surgery that's been a year in surgery and pt recovering. The store needs to be much more careful I was able to catch myself today but someone older than me might have taken a horrible fall. Went there today to buy a dog kennel. They didn't have it in stock so they called the store in Suffolk to see if they had one. They did and were able to get the other store to hold it for us. They also gave us directions to get to the other store. Was very pleased with the customer service. read more
