I never heard of TSC until this store opened up in Sierra Vista back in 2018. It's the only hardware store on the east side of town, so closest to me now that I live in SV. This has become my go-to hardware store when I need something quick. I have always gotten good service here, whether buying plants, a water trough, 4Health dog food (which is highly-rated), buying bird seed, or standing in line at the mobile vaccine clinic. Prices are good. The parking lot is large enough and is easy to get in/out of. I think what makes this company attractive are their reasonable prices on water troughs, fences, and coops. They have a large selection as well. They also sell chicks in the spring for those who raise chickens. I belong to their rewards program and I use my credit whenever I can. If there is one complaint, it's that the aisles are not very wide. Coming here to buy big bags of seed or feed can be a PITA. read more

You lost a customer today. My 110 pound wife had to load a 50 pound bag of feed in her jeep because nobody at your store had time or thought to help her. After getting it loaded there were 3 of your employees standing around yacking. We don't have this degree of disrespect at Jems. Crystal and Mitch (Management) of this store are probably the most concerned, caring and most importantly professional individuals I have ever encountered under the roof of any compony or business, they truly care about their customers and quality of their products that they offer at this Tractor Supply. LMAO. So, I wrote an honest review on their official website and I got an amazing reply..,, to "rewrite my review," it won't be published. Summary; I use one of their water stock tanks as a raised garden. It's the same ones at the other box stores, HOWEVER, TSC will cost you almost $50 more! WTF. (See my original review...) All I'm saying good people is to shop around. $$ is tight, but higher prices... no bueno. Also... HD has it online... just saying. Yet another place in the SV with crappy customer service. Deets - I found some metal trash cans here I needed for tinder & kindling, but there weren't enough in stock. The cashier suggested a rain check which I filled out for them to call me...they never did. When I called them weeks later for an update they said they didn't have any record that I'd even asked for one. The better half decided to look for bird food here & found the cans on the shelf despite being told none were in stock. (I later found plenty of the same cans at the Bisbee Ace Hardware.) We found a grill we liked at Lowe's, but they were out of stock when we went back to purchase, so found the TSC supposedly had them in stock & at a better price...they weren't at this location so I was directed to order online in the store, taken to a PITA of a computer & left to fend for myself while ordering, many employees shootin' the you-know-what with each other while strolling by. I asked for help since the price was different online & they wanted $150 to ship to store! One woman said she'd be back to help, I assume after her water cooler talk, but never reappeared. The grill finally arrived & was told it was ready for pickup. I wasn't sure where loading was to happen since the SV TSC apparently has Ninjas working for them, so I parked near the trailers, nose-in, with truck bed facing the open parking lot til I could get instructions. No one said anything about where to go & load, but I realized a young gal was leaning on the controls of the fork lift holding my grill on the pallett like she was bored & annoyed. When I asked if she needed me to move she responded with a snarky, "well this IS where you'd get loaded." After I snarked back, "well that would've been good to know IF I could've found one of you to ask," she loaded the grill in the back of the truck that was parked only a few feet in front of her forklift. TSC sent me a survey & after filling it out they sent me an emailed apology & promised to forward my concerns to the management here. It didn't seem to matter with the same non-existent "service" so we've just stopped going back. I hope "local" businesses here don't wonder why Amazon & Tucson stores are spanking them with outstanding customer support demonstrated in town. read more

There are about three or four well known feed store in Sierra Vista, with Tractor Supply being one of them. This store is located at the end of Fry Blvd leaving town. Every interaction I have had with an employee has been great. They are educated and know there products. The prices are comparable to the surrounding feed stores. This being a Military town, there is not a Military Discount other than Veterans day. Every other Sunday from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (Yes, only an hour and a half) there is a vet that shows up and completes need medical (non-emergency) care for animals. The cost is about $33 a shot. read more

Tractor Supply - Farming Equipment Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

The Benson Tractor Supply must be the cash cow in the Tractor Supply inventory since they are not interested in helping me get my Neighbors Club account fixed. I joined the club in June 2022 but my account mysteriously stopped working in March 2023. I've talked to six different customer service agents on the phone but to no avail. I don't think the Benson Tractor Supply caused the problem but I've explained the problem to the checkout clerks every time I've visited the store over the past 6 months and I usually just get "Oh, that's not good" but no further assistance. After speaking to four agents on the phone, I thought that the store could help. Unfortunately, a rude and sassy clerk on the next register overheard my conversation and loudly blurted "You have to call customer service!" This was inappropriate and embarrassing since she had customers lined up at her register. On two occasions since March, I left the store without completing my purchase since I was not going to spend money if I could not get my points. On one of those visits, I told the clerk that I would not complete the purchase and he offered to take my cart and return the items to the shelves! I'm not a businessman but I do know that you don't accept losing a sale. This kid wasn't bothered that his store just missed out on a $100 plus sale (Walmart got my money that day). Got a great deal on a display 6 burner grill. It has some minor cosmetic damage and the manager took off more. I also like getting my propane tanks filled here as their price is usually lower and they are pretty quick to respond. The store manager is great from my experience but forgot his name. read more

This is a five star rating because of the customer service that was given by the manager on duty named Chad. Let me tell you my story. I have a 12' boat with a trailer and one of the tires looked dry rotten and was flat. So I went to tractor supply near my house and spent about $50-$60 it was a good one. This was just the tire alone, not the rim. We loaded up the truck and trailer and we were on our way to roper lake In safford. Shortly after hiring the outskirts of Tucson we got a flat tire. I assumed it was the tire I didn't replace but nope I guessed wrong. It was the brand new tire that I had just bought. On the side of the freeway I changed out the tire and went on about my way. I and my wife decided it was best that we swap the two tires out for new and new ones. I was very upset that the new tire I had bought went belly up. So the wife found a tractor supply In benson. I took Chad the new blown tire with the rim still attached and he gave me a full refund. I thought that was so awesome, I decided to buy two new rims with tires from him that very moment. Needless to say he has made a customer happy. I sure do appreciate when businesses take care of the customer like that. So if your in the benson area, go see Chad he is super cool and easy to talk to. read more

Horrible experience I had today. Went to buy cat food and toys, had coupons to use and this older cashier named Sandra was extremely disrespectful and rude. She said, the coupons I want to use is one coupon, per person, per transaction. So I used one coupon for my one item. My friend said he would purchase the other item for me since the coupon said one coupon, per person, per transaction. The lady said, "legally, I cannot do that." Then proceeded to say, "You are young, you need to learn!!" And talked to me as if I was a child and belittled me in line infront of a line of people. I wasn't aware that there was a law for coupons. Now I understand company policy, as for what the fine print stated. Instead of being confrontational, I was respectful and said I didn't want the other items and left the store. As she handed me back my receipt, she slapped it in my hand. I would never wish such disrespect on anyone, but Sandra is something else. This is the only reason for the 1 star review. We do alot of business with tsc ( fencing, equipment etc...). Unfortunately almost every time I come into the sv store they don't have the 4 health brand cat or dog food that my critters eat. The shelves ate empty. I even come in on thurs knowing they get their orders on wed. So now, once again, I have to drive to Benson to pick up the food they don't have in sierra vista. Ugh! So frustrating. We might as well just go to Benson from now on. read more
