I come and get rabbit food. People there are always friendly. Bring my feed to counter and offer to bring to my car. The best part is, they always let me pack a bag of loose hay for my rabbit free! My son love going there with me and pick up hays for his bunnies. Thank you. read more

They delivered hay that is moldy. Then refused to refund because it had been more than two weeks. Well they put the moldy hay on the bottom so how would we have known until we got to it.? Our hay is kept indoors on Tucson, there's no rain. So what difference does two weeks make? read more

If this was 6 months ago I would give it 5 stars, but left the place furious for second time in a month. Extremely rude and unpleasant twenty something gal seemed irritated that I was purchasing several hundred dollars of horse necessities fly spray supplements ... Never a pleasant word only exasperation. The time before waited 20 minutes to pay 600 worth of feed as owner chatting on phone . And couldn't run credit card at same time. I am looking to get my hay elsewhere. They will lose about10k a year as that is what I spend for hay there annually. 6 months ago this was a pleasant place to shop what the hell has happened? read more

Best feed store in Tucson! They carry all the horse feed I like and it is always in stock. All of the employees are pleasant and help with anything and everything. The young men load my purchases in my car or truck before I ask. Great people and wonderful customer service! read more

I've been going here for several years to get bulk parrot, cockatiel, and parakeet foods. They have the best price on 50# bags of parrot food that I've found. (They also almost always have them in stock, which is nice!) The staff is very helpful and always ready to load your purchases. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Never been here before but Vista Feeds (which is EXCELLENT!) was closed and I needed Chicken feed. I knew this place was here so I thought I would check it out. They had a nice selection and even carried the brand I prefer. However, it was $3 more for 50# than anywhere in town. Wasn't happy, but I just made a note to never buy feed there again. I also bought a bale of alfalfa. I drove over to the bay and waited. There was no sign of anyone. I waited some more. Finally I went back inside. The woman who wasn't terribly pleasant to begin with a wondered aloud where that 'useless kid was'. Seeing no inclination on her part to be remotely useful, went back to the bay and did a more extensive search. I found the useless kid perched on the hay playing with his phone. I told him I wanted some hay loaded. He bitched about the woman inside, said he was waiting for her and that she was 'lazy'. I don't care if the feed is good. The prices are too high for such appalling and careless customer service, and clearly unhappy employees. I'd buy my feed anywhere before going back there again! Terrible!! read more

Worst customer service ever. This was just over the phone!!!! Spoke with a woman named Lynn who was supposed to be the manager?! She couldn't even give me correct information total space cadet. She truly lacks the IQ to operate just the phone. Learn customer service and know your sh*t *itch I can't even begin to fathom your lack of intelligence! read more

All i can say is that we wont be going back to this freed store ever again. There was this short middle aged woman behind the cash register that was extremely rude to my wife and I. Even if a place is somewhat overpriced I would still possibly come back but having rude customer service is uncalled for. read more

Have been going to Taylor Tack and Feed for nearly ten years. I really like how friendly and quick they are to get me loaded and on my way.

What a bummer! About a year ago, my previous store stopped being able to order the dog food we feed our two dogs. Through the dog food company, I found Taylor Tack & Feed who was willing to order the food for me. I understand that they are busy, I understand that special orders are not ideal, I understand that they probably have better things to do. I do not, however, understand why they failed to inform me that my food hadn't come in with an order from the supplier. I received a call today that the supplier stopped carrying that food, which I know is totally out of the hands of Taylor. However, I ordered 2-3 bags around THREE WEEKS AGO, they did not show up, and they absolutely did NOT call me, when CLEARLY they had my phone number and knew who I was and what I had ordered. I wouldn't be upset if this was the first time this happened, but this is like the 3rd or 4th it happened so....TERRIBLE customer service. Good riddance to this place! read more

This store excels in poor customer service and lying. They told me they had a product in and after driving an hour to get to their store they don't even carry the food in their store. Then they offered to special order it, why??? so I can drive another hour to get to these morons I think not. They lied to me twice on the phone and I purposely went there because there was no were closer to me to get the product. What kind of customer service is that! I will never go back to this store again they are rude and did not even offer to carry food out, worthless bunch. read more
