Recently I gave them my Stihl weed trimmer and at a fair price they replaced everything, even though I had only used it occasionally this their last tune-up. When I got it got it home, it wouldn't stay running and the gas tank leaked the expensive ethanol-free 50:1 mix I was told by another party was the only way to keep these 2-cycle engines from gumming up when not in use. I'm disappointed and it's a long drive there. Sorry to have to write this, but buyer beware.

I am also loyal to these businesses far beyond what most people will tolerate when things go south or are below previous experiences. Therefore, it is with sadness that I must issue my first "One Star" rating. Not wanting to relive the frustration of explaining all the details of why I gave this business a one star rating, suffice it to say that I have patronized this place over half a dozen times over the course of several years. This is not a one time occurrence, but an experience that is consistent with each visit, purchase or phone call. I have taken several pieces of equipment for repair or service, friends and neighbors items too, and each time, the result has been the same: Crap. I still do not have a properly running piece of equipment. Whether it be chainsaws, lawn mowers, weed eaters or a garden tiller, I am amazed at how the repair or service can be performed, the machine will operate and then begin working poorly or will stop working after what seems to be almost a pre-determined time. What's going on here? It operates, I get half a use out of it and I am back to square one. I do better fixing it myself; which is not saying much. After researching online, and speaking with experts at various garden centers and landscapers, the conclusion: Tank's Green Stuff. The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! When we opened our backsplash tile boxes 19 of the 72 pretty good sized tiles looked to have an irregular lacy pattern. I went to the store with our "good" tile and one of the " variation " tiles and was simply told that that's the way it is, nothing will or can be done. Well if that's the norm then maybe we should have been shown the original tile with its possible variation. Now we have to modify our backsplash plans and have the "variation " tiles removed by our contractor, modify our backsplash plans and throw away a $125 box of "variation " tiles. Not happy! Lots of options out there, try them.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!!
