The employee apologized to the white woman ahead of me for having to wait so long. When I got to the counter there was no apology or anything of the sort she was very haughty like I was bothering her. She didn't say hello I had to greet her only after I said thank you did she say anything. My money spends equally to the white woman's. I have been a long time customer and spends thousands of dollars in the store annually. I notice everything when spending my money words and attitudes.

I have changed my oil myself and it has been done numerous times at the Ford dealership so I know what the right size filter fits on my V8 truck. They are too lazy to go inside the store for the right size and put a small unauthorized one on my truck. Walmart also does false advertising because they claim that you get a free Fram oil filter with their oil change options. However, if you look at your receipt, they give the option price and then charge you for the filter . Yes, my vehicle uses a motorcraft 820S filter or a Fram ph2. Save your vehicle and stay away from this place because the guy who collects the shopping carts had to tell Mr so called certified mechanic that I was right.

Their pickers or their delivery drivers are absolutely useless and do not care enough to actually look at your order. For the 2nd time yesterday, out of 21 items, 11 were missing. Only 1 item was listed as out of stock. Either the picker completely skipped the refrigerated items on the list, or the delivery driver kept the items for herself. Since their delivery driver calls and makes you come out because she is terrified of dogs (I do not own any animals), I would bet she kept the items knowing that Walmart would refund me. There is NO option to make a request for the missing items, only to ask for a refund (which by the way they have up to 10 days to do). The customer care is AI or computer and no help at all. I WANTED MY GROCERIES, not a refund!! No way that 11 items of cheese, yogurt, frozen dinners were not available. Solution: since I could not get the Eufaula, AL Walmart to help me, I changed my store location to Phenix City, AL. ALL of my groceries were delivered quickly and efficiently, exactly as ordered. And with a much friendlier driver. I WILL NEVER order from or walk through the doors of the Eufaula Walmart. And it is a shame, because only 2 weeks previously I spent over $200 with them, and my husband is in there frequently. Never again. Trust me. . .Phenix City Walmart is the one to use.

One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. And if someone calls about their groceries don't give them the run around just be honest.
