Seriously, there's stuff in here that I have never seen before, at least, not in person. Lots of work clothes, boots, etc. at decent prices. More animal feed/food than the feed store. Hardware, tools, kerosene in 5-gallon cans, toys, plumbing stuff, heaters, you name it, they have it if it is used in an agricultural setting. Even if it isn't an agricultural setting, you have a good chance of finding what you need here. I'll go back soon to buy new blades for the riding mower. I guess Lowe's has them, but Tractor Supply is closer and I don't have to walk 3 miles to buy 'em. Very helpful and friendly employees. I just wandered around looking lost, since I wasn't looking to buy anything...different employees kept asking me if I needed help finding something. I guess I looked suspicious. Or something. I like supporting my locally-owned businesses (and the Tractor Supply might actually be franchised by a local person, but I don't know), but another place to buy tools and hardware is never a bad thing. read more

Oddly enough, Tractor Supply only has maybe 25' of tractor supplies. Good luck on finding anything you need there.

Sorry, went during the week with less than 10 people walking around the store. Not one employee asked if I needed anything, have to say I liked the boots but nothing special about this store. I would rather shop across the street at the Hardware store (Halls) where the employees always say hello and are helpful. After walking around at Tractor for at least 10 minutes I was so mad I just left and won't be back. No thanks, I can go to Halls, Lowes or elsewhere to purchase what i need since I don't need a tractor they have nothing else to offer. Remember first impressions are everything, you need those returning customers if you want to make it in Milton. read more

We bought a trailer from a tractor supply store in Texas. When we got to Florida we noticed that there was a piece of dunnage from the factory underneath the trailer wedged against the tire. We drove to the nearest tractor supply store. My husband went and talked to the manager Taylor and store employee by the name of Palmer. These two employees have very poor customer service and do a horrible job in representing the company. The manager said that she could not touch the trailer due to liability which I understand. But, she didn't come and take a look at it. Neither employee empathized or apologized about the situation. All they did was accuse us and say that this isn't due to dunnage. If they had good customer service they would of come and looked at the situation and apologized. They should of given us a phone number or directed us to someone who could help us of rectify the situation in some manner. Instead they were demeaning and disrespectful. read more

Went in to get a pair of Muck boots until I saw they put a security tag in the side of the boot. Why would you pierce the side of a WATERPROOF boot? I thought to myself, hey maybe this was a mistake. I then looked at other boots, and much to my surprise every muck boot had a security tag nestled securely in the boot via a metal prong. How ridiculous! I also looked at the leather boots (for shits and giggles) and saw the same. Stabbing holes through expensive leather boots. Even for Milton this is nuts. read more
