This tractor supply location is usually pretty nice as far as the workers, but when the make a mistake, they fight as hard as they can to not make it right. We have bought multiple things online that were shipped to this store and if there are any problems, the store instantly separates themselves from corporate and leaves you laying flat. I have lost a major customer due to non accountability at the store connected to corporate, and yesterday I lost a whole day of work because their app made a mistake on an order that the store or corporate would not fix or make right. 2 guys on our team lost the full day of work and corporate kept me on the phone forn40 minutes last night only to say "sorry, your screwed. Its our fault and we understand your mad, and have been put out after you paid for an in-stock item, and we can't let you take it , even though you paid, but we accidentally ordered an out of stocknitem for you. No biggie" but never did anything to make it right. Giant waste of time and money. This is three times now they have either sent me beat up junk items they would not make right on, lied about the order shipping time, and now another huge issue. Total loss of $8k at this point. I dont see me shopping there again. My company spent well over 70k there over the last year and a half. Guess they dont want my money any more. . read more

I come here often for dog food and occasionally some dog toys they have flea pills for your pets I basically live at tractor supply the employees know me by name because I go there so much lol As we all know prices are skyrocketing everywhere tractor supply is no different but everything is good quality read more

The reviews for the store are ancient so figured I'd leave one. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Even during rush hour. If I needed to find somebody, I could talk to the cashier or find somebody in a red vest. The price is the pricing, but that is a consequence of this economy nowadays. I love filling out the surveys at the bottom of the receipt to update my experience. They do shopping spree giveaways every month. read more

The store is great, has everything you may need as a handyman, but the cashiers (all of them) must be hired after they were fired from McDonald's. Usually only one cashier on duty even though four or five customers in line. No greeting and no thank you. When I made my purchase and the cashier handed me my change and receipt and did not say "thank you", I simply said "your'e welcome" and left. I also noted they really, really like to talk to their friends on the phone while supposedly waiting on me. Very poor training. Management needs to kick butt and hire new people who care. read more

Don't ever call them for a product, IF they answer the phone you're put on hold and left there. The staff know nothing about the product if you ask a question, and you have to sort through the bags of feed to make sure they haven't cut them open and pellets fall all over the floor. They're not careful when they open the pallets, I'm not paying for moldy feed or damaged bags. read more

Went to get replacement tires for a trailer, sticker said 2 for 210, Dennis wouldn't honor that, said the sign was in the wrong place. Was not polite about it at all either, very rude and condescending. Will go elsewhere in the future. read more

Was just there and received the worst service I've ever experienced"No service at all" no greeting even after said hello upon entering the store from "Meagan" .. She chats up the people ahead of me who she obviously knew.. They had a debit card issue so the guy offers to let me go before trying again.. Megan says nothing .. I ask .. " so do you not greet all your customers?" Her response.. " I don't have to greet everybody and I guess you mad because I didn't say anything to you!" You don't have to like every color, or ethnicity but when shopping at a Chain you expect to be treated with respect but I guess This is not a method that Tractor supply teach your employees! Since they don't want my money I will certainly keep it and stick to Ace where I've always been greeted and treated the same way I treat others with respect! I will be posting everywhere I can! Oh and Meagan is still bragging on her poor service and calling me a liar even after management claiming they would do something about it! They viewed her on camera giving other customers the same treatment, yet she still works there and hasn't learned a lesson yet! Good ole boy system or apparently, they value friendship over professionalism in this store! I will never step foot in here again and since she mentioned to my son that It's funny that I post on sites about it well I guess I will entertain this company every chance I get or she runs her mouth in such a little bitty town! read more

The moment I walked through the door there were puppies and a warm "southern hospitality" welcome. It brought me back to the "old Crestview" that I grew up in. Where everyone knew their neighbors and people were friendly and cared. I walked right back into my childhood with watching how the staff including the doggie ladies, interacted with myself, my family, and the customers that were in the store. The store, overall, is amazing with many varieties and prices that are comparable with Amazon. But you truly can't set a price on the exquisite and refreshing southern service that I thought was extinct. This is my place to go, where people want to know your name and not just interested in a profit margin. Obviously these people know the key to business is actually just that. Acknowledging good, hard working people and making them feel at home and treating them like extended family. Great work to the Tractor Supply Family! read more
