They were willing to work with me on shampoo because i am allergic to most of the scented ones. I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. While I waited for him I observed 4-6 other owners picking up their dogs. All looked good and were happy dogs. I will go back and can highly reccomend them.

She came to my house and took the time to get to know BOTH my dogs, before getting ready for the trim. She gave out lots of treats and both my big pups really like her. On her 2nd visit, they acted like she was someone they knew well (not someone they'd only met once before). She took the time to ensure they were comfortable with her being in their home. Not only was my father lied to, he was taken advantage of. His dog continued to severely itch after her grooming appointments and now we know why. Grooming consists of a bath not just a cut. If your company is overwhelmed do not lie to your customers. My friend has also stopped using this company for the same exact reason.

One employee stated, "She manhandled him so hard it caused him to have a seizure." Understandably, my daughter was shocked and extremely upset. Inside the salon, staff told her there would be no charge. Although distressed, she offered to pay for the grooming of her female Yorkie before leaving and calling me. Conversation With Store Manager Carlie I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Carlie answered and she focused on the fact that Benny had experienced seizures in the past and said my daughter had not disclosed that history. A prior seizure history does not answer the central question: why did an employee say that Benny had been man handled so hard that it caused a seizure? Carlie denied that Benny had been manhandled and said the employee who made the statement had misunderstood the situation and, after being informed of the facts, responded, "Oh, I didn't know that, okay." During the call, Carlie repeatedly spoke to a coworker in the background, making comments such as, "Yeah, I told her that," and, "Yeah, she won't listen." Her manner was dismissive and disrespectful. I did not swear or make threats; I repeatedly asked for a truthful explanation. Carlie ultimately ended the conversation by stating, in substance, that I had decided what I believed and that she was done speaking with me. She had high blood pressure and they have an old school style so they didn't get a proper reading and she was extremely stressed! The staff is very personable and caring, and the quality of their work (especially for their cost) is outstanding. I had a Siberian Husky that we took there several times a year (he just recently passed) and he always looked forward to going to the groomer. They have always done fantastic work for me.
