As of now, I can list 16 places to eat at this location! Three department stores, which includes the newly opened Marshalls! (Marshalls is now in the former home of Borders). Great location. Rankins is a local staple here. Great place to get tools, grills, outdoor decor, name it! Radio Shack? They got one! Joanne Fabrics is huge. CVS, Jewelry store, Staples, Optometrist office (home of the former Blockbusters). Also Suntrust Bank. - The Warrenton Village Center also includes the strip of stores across Branch Dr. which is the Safeway, Sears, Dollar Tree, Virginia ABC store, Merchants, the New Manhattan Pizza (in the former home of Jerry's) Game Stop Starbucks and so many other establishments as well. I can't imagine how she is the manager i feel so bad for her employees! I also watched her talk to a worker named nori in a very disrespectful manner in the fitting room

If you want to wait in like from 20min to even an hour or more, make sure your schedule is freed up. 99% of the time there would be a single cashier, and when they ask/call for back up you can hear in the radios that someone is either on their 15 or break or wouldn't be up until 15 or more minutes later. They keep their radios at a decent to high volume and rely on taking via managers from the register, which causes a lot of back up issue. Especially when it comes to transaction refunds, exchanges, or any other problems. Then let alone too, most of the time too. You can tell when someone doesn't even want to be at work there. Talking about a baby daddy, or their own relationship problems, even worse as well 99% of the time on their phone and asking someone else to take the register... Most of the staff is too laid back, and are just showing up to get paid but never want to put in the work. Let alone, apparently they get a bunch of new items almost on the daily? This store is too small and way overwhelmed with items that you cannot even find something decent unless you move things around.. If I worked for a company like this, I know for a fact there would be problems due to how much is going on already. But yet I cannot understand just how a company will sit by an allow a store to look, sell, and act like this...

I wasn't pleased with the bathrooms but that's to be expected in public spaces like this. I was surprised that almost every store we went in had some sort of sale but happy to see some real sales! Overall I enjoyed a day of shopping and finished with a pretzel and refreshing lemonade from Aunty Annie's.

For my recent visit, I was on a mission to find summer sandals. I stopped by Clarks, Cole Haan, Crocs, and Ecco. I found a pair of black sandals at Cole Haan. Mission accomplished! I have to say that the employees at this outlet are way friendlier than my local outlet over at Arundel Mills. I was greeted at almost every store that I went into. Since Lakeforest Mall closed years ago, this is the closest mall to my parents who live in Germantown. I like to shop here when I am in the area.

Something odd is going on with this store's hiring practices - i.e. management. The pattern is hard to ignore and raises obvious questions about management's motive. The bigger issue is that customer service appears to be an alien concept to the staff and management. On one pickup, an employee whose background shall not be named, immediately pushed for a review. Apparently, earning five stars is optional; asking for them isn't. If you're in the store, customer service starts with pretending you don't exist.
