Thats when they proceeded to tell our son in law that the reason the tractor wasn't fixed was because they told my husband it was a transmission problem and that my husband didn't want them to work on it. Why would my husband bring his tractor up there , especially for as long as he did before HE had to call THEM to get an update if he didn't want them to work on it? And why tell our son in law such a blatant lie? If you can't do a job, admit it and do not blame it on your customers. Needless to say, we will not be back there.
