The groomer told me right away she would not be drying my cat fully, even before she supposedly discovered any "aggression." In the end, my cat was returned to me soaking wet and not brushed out -- an unprofessional and incomplete service. To charge full price for a job rushed through in about 30 minutes, and then blame the cat, is unacceptable. If this company insists on claiming animals are aggressive, perhaps they should install cameras in their vans to back up those claims. As it stands, this was substandard work, full of excuses, and not what you'd expect from a professional groomer.
