My cat has been groomed many times before without any problems, yet here she was labeled "aggressive" -- a convenient excuse for poor handling. The groomer told me right away she would not be drying my cat fully, even before she supposedly discovered any "aggression." In the end, my cat was returned to me soaking wet and not brushed out -- an unprofessional and incomplete service. To charge full price for a job rushed through in about 30 minutes, and then blame the cat, is unacceptable. If this company insists on claiming animals are aggressive, perhaps they should install cameras in their vans to back up those claims. As it stands, this was substandard work, full of excuses, and not what you'd expect from a professional groomer.

Lynsie is so very talented & her patience w/ dogs & their owners is endless. She took the time to answer all of my questions & then did all of the bathing, dying, & grooming of my fur-baby. No matter, we have no shortage of friends, family, social media followers, & strangers who want to pet, photograph, & pose for pictures w/ him.
