I was told this color could last 3 months to a year, depending on many factors. Seems we are putting that to the test w/ all of the environments that he has & will be exposed to. Lynsie is so very talented & her patience w/ dogs & their owners is endless. She took the time to answer all of my questions & then did all of the bathing, dying, & grooming of my fur-baby. The only real issue I have had is the dye rubbing off onto people hands, clothing, flooring, & towels. No matter, we have no shortage of friends, family, social media followers, & strangers who want to pet, photograph, & pose for pictures w/ him. I picked up my dogs on Friday, and when I finally got a closer look at my fluffy corgi, I noticed she looked almost like my standard corgi. A significant amount of her fur had been cut from her butt, legs, and mane area. Normally, when I drop my dogs off, staff ask what type of grooming or cut I want. This time, no one asked, so I assumed they would follow the usual grooming notes they keep on file for my dogs. I was rushing to pick them up before closing and had to get back on the highway, so I didn't notice the haircut until I reached my destination. The before-and-after difference was very noticeable, and not only did I notice it, but several other people commented on how short her fur had been cut. What upset me most was the lack of communication. No one contacted me to confirm cutting off that much hair, and I didn't receive a call or text before the grooming was done. When I called and asked who groomed her, the manager told me it was the same groomer who usually works on my dogs and said she didn't know why the cut was done this way. At the same time, she mentioned seeing my dog on the grooming table and noticing she wasn't fixed yet and had already gone to daycare without anyone realizing--again, without any confirmation or communication with me. I've been a loyal customer and consistently leave 20% or higher tips because I appreciate good service. Unfortunately, this situation didn't feel like it was handled with genuine accountability or concern for what happened. I'm very disappointed with this experience. I trusted that my dogs' grooming history and preferences would be followed or, at the very least, confirmed with me beforehand. Sadly, this experience makes me feel like I may need to find another place for grooming.

My Dobermans always have the same long nails after coming here. I've asked for them to cut them more but they don't seem to do a good job at that. But our Dobermans are always super clean after coming here!

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

This dog NEVER complains so we knew something severe was wrong. West Davis Veterinary Clinic did everything possible to accommodate him & direct us to get Sam help asap. We did take him to the night Emergency Clinic where he was diagnosed with severe arthritis in all major joints. West Davis made it a point to fit Sam in first thing the next morning. The Vets & staff at West Davis always make it a priority to insure that comfort & care is the best. Sam is happy and living his best life again (on meds... but they aren't hampering him in any way). Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.
