I'm switching him over to an all pelleted mix now because all he eats are the fruits and veggies in the old pelleted mix and leaves the pellets! He is a great chinchilla. Although the employees had no idea how old he was and if he was a he. We had to take him to the vet to get him sexed. I'm sure all of this is a corporate issue, not store but I wish it was better so the animals are getting the proper diet. As far as service goes, it's usually pretty great. There have been a few times where the person at the cash register was slow, but that's only 1 out of the like 15 times we have been there. I love this store and will continue to stop by every time I'm in Edmond.

And whoever that girl that came up front to help the other girl is, you do NOT need to be looking at your fellow employees like they are irritating you, and overall with you the door was only halfway closed and me and the man standing in the lobby with me could see you and that other worker laughing around and whispering while the front desk was STRESSED. She had to go back and get you to come help and when you did you looked at that poor girl like she had just ruined all your fun. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE PLEASE. I know the owner of that coffee place is linked to this one too I believe and honestly that place the couple times I have been is WONDERFUL and NOTHING like these two. So please. The dispensing machine costs $10 for 8 steps. The shampoo that WAS SUPPOSED to come out was virtually absent. ZERO LATHER. There were a scant amount of bubbles, seen at the bottom of the bathing tub. Same with crème rinse. ZERO dispensing of crème rinse. A woman at the other station kindly let me use her dog shampoo. The other woman commented, "These machines never work. They are always 'empty'". The blowdryer was ALARMING COLD. My poor dog shivered violently I finally stopped and wrapped him in a towel and got him outside as soon as possible. $ At a dollar a minute I fully expect materials (shampoo, crème rinse) to work. Could have been a positive experience if EITHER the machine supplies were adequate. Warm blowdryer. I gave this business a one, because I did like the washing bin. I won't be back.
