I told her it was a VERY bad grooming job. She was very sorry and offered to re-groom Charlie the following day. I met her on a Sunday (when they were actually closed) and she did a great job. I hope she sent the original groomer back to school! Lol!

We called the clinic to let them know what had happened. When we reached the clinic the staff and Dr. Sarah were on it and took him in for x-rays and gave us the news. They called and made a referral for Jack's surgery quickly. Through the whole process they took wonderful care of Jack. They also took their time to make sure we were doing well. I am so thankful we went to Southwest. They truly care about the animals and their families. I highly recommend Southwest.
