They said the 2 kittens were dehydrated, and need more water. 1 hour after 1 kitten passed away as soon as we arrived home. The kittens needed a blood transfusion and they neglected to fully and properly check and properly diagnose. They just skimmed the job and diagnosed without testing, just going off by "looks". I don't need someone talking to me in a condescending tone and inflection like they're my dad. My dog was in the was in his care for chronic kidney failure. the staff told me he wasn't eating.
