I get all their vaccinations done here and, occasionally, have some grooming done for here as well. My dogs' nails are black so I have them trim their nails and my dogs' breed are prone to ear infections so I also have their ear hair plucked; they have never had any issues. Recently, I finally had both of my dogs spayed at the same time. They are recovering well and the staff treated them with great love and care as though they are my human grandkids. I highly recommend them. I've been their client for the past five years and I have never been disappointed. One last thing to share that I love about Meadow Wood Animal Hospital: I love their app, Pet Desk, because it keeps my dogs' appointments and vaccinations schedules among other things such as their vaccinations record organized and at my fingertips. They are truly professional and I highly recommend them.

The front desk staff makes coming here miserable. Very rude and unprofessional. I've called a few times regarding questions and I'm constantly cut off. You're not even greeted when coming into the clinic. I was asked why I didn't want to come back for adult shots, before that was questioned to me it was discussed with the other co-worker while I was standing right there. Seeing the interactions with other patients is baffling. The most inappropriate behavior I've seen in a veterinary clinic. The overall staff can make or break an experience, especially when they're the face of your business. Won't be coming back till the clinic has friendlier faces whom can maintain professionalism.

We couldn't find anyone who would help us on a Sunday night, until we found them. ( I think I actually waited until the first appt the next morning thinking it may have only been a sprain, that was my bad) But, they were willing to come in, and help her that evening at 11 o'clock. I was a basket case thinking she would never come through it, but she did finally and now a year later, she acts like it never happened. I can attest this only to the great care she was given, and empathy from this pet loving team. All Dr.s at Freeman's are rock stars, but Dr. Pendergrass is my personal hero. Both of our other dogs have had care from this place as well. They are affordable, honest, and upfront. They truly love animals and they don't ask for unfair payments. Their time and energy is worth what they are charging. I'll be going here for as long as I live in Lawton.
