I have been in a few times. The first for a new puppy health check, the vet listened to our…read morepuppies heart and asked about shots. I did not have the answered and the vet acted like I was wasting his time. We were required to have a health check with three days of purchasing our puppy. The second time was to take a outside cat in for his rabies shot. It was he first trip and he was so nervous, he peed in the crate. No big thing, but the receptionist did even acknowledge we needed help. Then to top things off, we waited over an hour pass our scheduling appointment to see the vet. Our poor cat peed twice more, before seeing the vet. The vet we saw this time was super nice, and understanding then the shot scared the poop out of our cat literally. She was also super apologetic about the wait. On the same, visit our puppy got her shot too. When I asked about microchipping our puppy, she trying to talking me into waiting til she was fixed. But, after tell her an a vacation coming up, she agreed. Hmmmm, I was a little put off by her hesitation, as her only reason was, the needle used is big. Then, we took our kitten in, she had gotten sick and we feared she would need to put down. However, the vet, decided to keep her and see what they could do. They called less then an hour later, letting us know she passed away. My frustration comes in, then the tech started the IV with air in the line. Now, our poor kitten was sick. So, I do not know if it was the virus or the air embolism caused her death, but if this is the care they give to a dying kitten, how are they treating the other animals. Our kitten died without us, and possibly alone, then they called they did not even knowledge if she died alone. This has been my experience with this office, but I know others that love this office and have received excellent care. The vet was even come out for house calls. So, I cannot personally recommend them, but maybe if you mesh with the vets and staff you will have better luck. But, regardless, of the vet you chose, you are your pet's best advocate, just like with your own health and doctors.

She took a bad turn for the worse. Dr. Bower is not my vet as I am not from this area. After calling him on a Sunday, he met me within 20 minutes at his clinic. Later that evening, I knew it was time. Dr. Bower met me AGAIN on Sunday evening. He comforted my sweet Dubie and gave us as much time as we needed. His compassion and care for my pet was sincere and genuine. Further, Dr. Bower only had my phone number from calling his emergency line. He answered two emergency calls on a Sunday and didn't ask for a dime. I went back in the next day to make final arrangements and render payment. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bower as a professional and as a person. I am forever grateful to him.

It was nice and had a couch so you could sit with your dog and say your goodbyes. It's by the reception desk. Who you think would be respectful... all you could hear the whole time was them being very loud and giggling. Practically yelling their jokes while someone is doing one of the hardest things possible. It was very rude and we didn't get the experience we needed in order to heal. When I went to pick my dogs ashes a girl was coming out of the door crying and holding her dogs collar and leash. You know what she had just been through. Yet everyone again was so loud and joking with someone there standing with tears in their eyes.

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and basic compassion at this clinic…read more I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM for my dog who needed urgent care. Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.
