Every single piece has been sent in for repairs -- some 2 to 3 times each, for a total of over 5 repairs -- and now, just after my warranty expired, the same problems are back again. When I called warranty support, I was told it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix it. Why would I pay more when they never got it right the first time? One of the repairmen even told me, "They found a cheaper source for their couch motors, and 3 out of 10 from the box don't even work." That explains everything. Homezone furniture is cheaply made, overpriced junk, and their customer service is just as bad. Don't make the same mistake I did -- stay far away from Homezone!

She asked multiple times if the mattress set was included in the queen bed set and the salesman said yes, repeatedly. However upon delivery first they did not deliver the headboard, and had to deliver that a different date stating it wasn't included in the order, then they refuse to give the mattress set also stating it wasn't included. They scratched the furniture during delivery also. When I left a google review the owner basically brushed it off knowing a reply wasn't possible there and stated that she needs to come in with receipt. She had, a credit consumer complaint has been filed against this company for its fraudulent practices.

Tried to tell me that I ordered that color couch even though I went in with a picture of the one I wanted which was gray. Also two of the drawers to my chest were damaged during the delivery. They told me that they would order the right color couch, a footer for the bed, and 2 new drawers for the chest. Never once did the sales person Ron try to keep in contact and when he did respond his information was never correct to where he said he would deliver but didn't. Ron would then proceed to to respond unprofessionally like it was my fault that my stuff wasn't here when he said it would be.

This location is a decent size, but doesn't seem to have all of its merchandise yet. Oddly enough, it's not even August and they have fall/harvest/Thanksgiving decor out! Me thinks a little early for that. Kirkland's carries a range of home decor - including some furniture, pictures, curtains, candles, etc. The prices are very reasonable and they always have sales and coupons online. New - to me at least - is the Kirkland's "spin to win" app where you can "spin" for your chance at a discount (various amounts) every day. You can download in the app store. I don't ever buy here w/o a coupon or some type of discount!

They lied about making sure the washer they sold us was in good working condition! They sold us a broken washer for over $500!!! Huge mistake trusting this place. I knew that I was walking into a used appliance store, but this is just highly unfortunate. I got the washer delivered, which could VERY WELL have been the reason the washer broke, since they didn't put shipping bolts into the back of the washer to ensure no damage to the barrel and washer itself during transport.. I have been out a washer over a week waiting for a stupid shock absorber so I can replace it, and HOPE it fixes the issues I am having. The dumb POS won't fill with water, and made an ugly banging and clicking noise when the drum turned... ended up doing a bunch of looking into it online. Decided opening the back of the washer a few days after I got it was the best idea.. just to see the rear shock absorber is completed broken and not even attached.. completely broken in half. There's a reason there is no return policy. They DO NOT ACTUALLY FULLY MAKE SURE AND CHECK THE APPLIANCE!!! THEY ARE LIARS! They also DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and are RUDE AS HELL! I called to ask a small simple question. I'm a young adult who is a first time W/D owner, and she talked to me like I was fckn stupid for not knowing something when I'm new to doing all this crap. Who tf does that to their customers!!!? Especially when the customer put their customer service voice on and was kind and sweet!!!! WTF!?
