When we got him home, I looked at him to find he has a tumor on his testicles and a really bad respiratory infection. He was also very afraid of me, which leads me to believe they aren't handled often. Beyond the bad condition of the rat, the employees were very loud and were cursing even though I was accompanied by my thirteen year old brother. None of them had masks, and in fact one woman made rude jokes to a man in the store who did have one on. We are in the middle of a pandemic, with cases of a deadly strain on the rise in this area, and I've never felt more unsafe in a store. The owner is relatively nice, but the employees aren't nearly as hospitable to customers or knowledgeable about these animals. I hate to say it, but I'd rather go to Petco. Everything in this store is overpriced anyway; selling things for $20 when I've bought them from Walmart for $9.

It was easy to order online and have them sent to the church for the service. Sunday delivery was unavailable so I put the order in for Saturday so they'd be at the Sunday viewing, but then I got a phone call from Stacy. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. I hope the Peace Lilly is beautiful and I hope to get a report back from friends that are attending the service. Five stars for helpful and kind customer service by Stacy.

Although I've never stepped inside, the customer service was superb and the website was very easy to use and order from. I quickly browsed through the site for an affordable bouquet and found one instantly. Since I was ordering online the day of her birthday I was concerned that they might not be delivered to her until the day after especially if they were busy. However, that was not the case. Get this - the flowers I ordered were not only absolutely beautiful but they delivered to my mom 1 HOUR after I ordered them online! Can you believe that?!
