At this store, I went to the beauty aisle and tried to get assistance, but the employee ignored me and helped someone else first. When I got to the register, she finally assisted me but did so with a noticeably unfriendly attitude. I don't expect exceptional customer service, but a simple smile or basic acknowledgment goes a long way. I remained polite, but the experience left a negative impression.

Said hello, and she just started grabbing my items without even a single word back, then proceeded to set down all the items with a bit of force. Her attitude was very poor and very disrespectful in my opinion. I understand having a bad day but I literally did nothing but say hello. She told me my total, I had cash in my hand ready to hand to her and without even looking at me she restates the total and taps the card machine and then realized I have cash and was very snarky. The gentlemen behind me aswell noticed and said something. I walked out before I did anything not so nice. I will be calling the manager later on to make sure this is taken care of.

I probably shouldn't complain too much. At least they have one. The pet aisle is pretty good and definitely beats the Walmart closer to my house. I was able to find my normal pet food that I usually buy from Chewy. This location was pretty clean as well, and the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I really like the amount of self checkout. I hate standing in line for 1 or 2 items, and they thankfully have several self checkout registers that actually work.

For some reason, I was under the impression that things were cheaper than Walmart or Target. But, in fact, it's not at all, Frankly, it seemed MUCH more costly, just no tax. The complex was pretty darned small for being on a large base. But I guess with Walmart right outside the main gate there's no real need for something huge. Nothing in comparison with the Navy Exchange in Honolulu, but quaint. They did have a Taco Bell, Starbucks, a t-shirt shop, glasses store, and a couple kiosks in addition the the main store. Tons of seating in the mall area to eat your fast food and drink the cup of piping hot joe. Basically, a run-of-the-mill small mall with NO taxes.

As I was shopping around I met these two awesome, super friendly ladies who helped me so much. They assisted me in picking out right styles and sizes for me and they were honest about what fit my body type so make sure I am walking out of that store looking my best. They were so helpful, I wish I got their names. They also engaged with their customers! A short small conversation as simple as where are you from takes you a long way in customer service.
