Open Tuesday-Saturday, from 9am to 1pm (2pm on Saturday!) this small store contains the ever flowing "extras" from the Ft. Sill community. Everything from clothing to furniture, with a small selection of toys and collectables tossed in, this is a true treasure hunt. It is volunteer run, and most of the ladies are on the older side, so you will have to pick things up and move them around on your own. It is well worth the time and the effort, though. On my last visit I tried out three recliners priced below $60, two dining room sets priced at $150, and a fondue pot for the low price of $10. If you are new to town and are looking for a bargain, they probably have what you need. Just remember to return the favor and drop a few things off on your way out of town, and the cycle will continue! Sadly, The Thrift Shop is open only to military ID card holders.

I have found a FEW good deals at Tuesday, but for the most part I think items are regular price and sometimes OVERPRICED. Regular and overpriced items in a closeout store is NOT a great combination. Having written the above, the nature of closeout stores is a hodge podge of what's left over. There are some name brand items like Calvin Klein make-up, Tommy Hilfiger towels, etc. The only significant purchase I have made at Tuesday's was a vacuum cleaner. I did a thorough cost analysis to ensure the vacuum was a good deal. If you like to browse (like I do), then of stop on in Tuesday Mornings. If you don't particularly like to look or sift through a lot of junk and some far overpriced crap looking for a jewel, then Tuesday Morning is NOT your place.
