Kind of wish I would've added the sauerkraut too though. Lorenzo got the sampler plate with a little of everything, and I heard zero complaints from him. He even loved the homemade curry ketchup. But I think his favorite was the giant mug of German Dunkel he got to drink. The girls loved their kid schnitzel plate too. We could t leave without dessert, so we grabbed a lemon streusel cake to go. The best part was the atmosphere and staff though. The longer we sat, the more restless the kids got. The staff told us they had a kid's section with toys and a play tent that the girls were welcome to. They went from bouncing off the walls to not wanting to leave. In person, I've been presented with meals that look and taste much better, which made this order especially disappointing. The quality difference was noticeable. The meatloaf itself was very dry and overcooked on the outside, making it tough and crumbly. It lacked flavor and didn't have the comforting, hearty feel that meatloaf should have. The char on the outside overpowered the dish rather than adding anything to it. As a certified food critic, consistency matters. A customer should receive the same quality whether they're dining in or ordering to go. I hope Brick Town Brewery takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering the same standard of food across all orders.

I'm furious and in disbelief on the complete lack of customer service at this hotel! I was kicked out by the manager after being there for united and then politely complained about the cleanliness of the room.  I had a reservation for two separate rooms on Oct. 14th for 3 nights so I can visit and see my son off on an overseas deployment. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before "check in time" so if I wanted to go to my rooms I'd have to pay an additional $20 and since I just wanted to go see my son and had spent the last 11hours traveling from Oregon I paid so I can drop my luggage instead of sitting in lobby.  I went to my room, and right away noticed how unclean everything was and really expected a much nicer room with the higher cost than the other places I had stayed in Lawton over the past few years on previous visits. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the floor around toilet had not been cleaned for sometime, there was a Bobby pin and hair under bathroom sink area, shower had mold, a dirty fridge with someone else's yogurt opened in it, two phone charger ports did not work at all I tried 3 cords, the pool and hot tub were scheduled to be closed for repairs on November 1st (one reason I picked this place was to use these) but both were covered in tons of leafs and a shopping bag in pool, so they had not been cleaned or usable for a while.  I went downstairs and was only polite and courteous and I was met with the upmost unprofessional manager I have ever met.  It was literally like I was being pranked on a TV show and I stood there in shock. After I explained and showed her the photos of the room she looked at me and said "ya it's not going to workout with you staying here you need to leave." I told her there's no where else, I travelled all day to visit some who's leaving and I'll just deal with it and clean it up myself, she said ummm no you need to get your stuff and find somewhere else.  I went back to my room grabbed my bags then stopped at desk and asked when refund would be issued since I just paid over $1200 for the two rooms, she said she was working on them and they be returned as fast as my bank allowed.  One room refunded and she has denied any other even after I provided Expedia all documentation, explanations. I was in the room for approximately 3 minutes and should not be charged for this room as I was not able to stay.  I'm not going to explain my whole life but I have 5 children and I don't have almost $500 to just toss to a hotel I never stayed at and had to scramble to find another one  week the Army was having a graduation ceremony.  I am appalled on how I was treated and this hotels manager is setting this kind of behavior for other employees that were standing there watching this unfold (4 employees). I will attempt to fight for my money to be returned and really hope that this employee is reprimand as this is completely unacceptable and she knew this was going to be the outcome.

Inside dining has a medium amount of tables with great air conditioning. The riverside patio has a gorgeous view of the river. The place to be! Time to eat? Pizza, wings, and sandwiches. All at tourist prices. We did the Loaded Italian sandwich and the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. I must admit, both were great! The bar is probably the most popular section so come have a drink!
