I have been in many of the home improvement stores and we all know you can never find any help. I didn't have to ask for help here, they approached me and that is something that is a rarity unless someone is working on commission ( and they don't here). Mo went WAY above and beyond scouring the store to find an item for me. I just can't say enough how impressed I was. Brandon, the manager, was very informative, approachable and friendly and we even had an employee come and give us bottled water as he saw we had been waiting while Mo looked for the item. The new trainee was very nice ( sorry I can not remember her name) but she was able to witness Mo's exceptional customer service. Rarely do I review a store just because of their customer service but I am on this one. The icing on the cake is that their variety and value is also top notch! Went in here today ( did first a review yesterday) and again great customer service. Jenny was great. Tracked down items for me and searched high and low. Great customer service is not a fluke or intermittent here... it's the standard.

However, the return process for a damaged delivery was a complete disappointment. Because they only deliver outside, one of the tile boxes was found torn as we were bringing it into the house. We moved it carefully and placed it against the outside garage wall, taking a photo immediately (attached). Unfortunately, it rained overnight, which caused the torn box to fall apart and the tiles to shatter further. When I brought this up to the manager and showed her the photo--which clearly shows a major impact that couldn't have been caused by a customer--she completely refused a refund. She just repeatedly stated that I was supposed to physically bring the heavy, shattered tiles into the store to get my money back. Very poor handling of a high-spending customer.

The tools here are along the same lines as Northern tool, Cheap and basic, so if you need a spare set for the motorcycle or ATV 5-10 bucks you should be set. I even own a small set cheapo offset wrenches, two hot glue guns, Ax, a torque wrench. Drill tips and A few air hoses storage reel, Air tools. Its cheaply made and for light duty to medium duty, Now I also have a set of Good wrench, and various wrenches that are Cobalt, Snap on, Craftsman, Husky. It's cost is proportional to the amount of use, and quality. Pick and choose what you need and what is in your budget. They also have an option to buy an extended warranty for some of the air tools at the register, I usually think of these tools as disposable. So far I have been happy with the few things I got so far.

When I dropped her off, I showed the groomer a picture of how I wanted her, which was completely shaved down including the snout. When I arrived to pick my dog up, I saw through the glass window that the groomer kept a teddy bear snout. Julie, who I presumed was the grooming manager, was the one at the counter, and I asked her if they could shave my dog's snout all the way down. Julie's response was rude, saying that she wasn't sure if she could because my dog kept "flailing and biting" and it wouldn't be safe for the dog. She proceeded to go back and shave my dog's face. I watched the whole time, and my dog did not act aggressive in any way, just trying to avoid the clippers. But this is common behavior I'm sure from dogs when clippers to the face are involved. Plus, she had a loop around her mouth to prevent biting. Also she is 9 pounds! Julie came back to the front to the desk and I thanked her for doing this. She did not respond to that, and told me she is referring my dog out to another groomer. I said okay, maybe I'll look for a poodle concentrated groomer, they are probably better with this breed. And she responded "it's not the breed it's your dog. I've been doing this for ten years." At this point I am offended. They bring my dog out and I noticed one of her ears was scraggly and sloppily cut. I asked for them to just clean it up, and Julie said "I'm not cutting anymore". And walked away to the back.
