First impressions mean a lot and upon walking into the store I knew that we would find what we were looking for. Beautiful store, immaculately clean, well organized and tons of inventory for our consideration. Hub went one way and I went the other way. This store reminds me of JC Penny's back in Mich. We were in the store a good hour and we both were successful finding some nice summer clothes. Hub found a of pair of slip on tennis shoes and I located a pair of white Rocket Dog lace up tennis shoes and the price was right as well. Nice dressing rooms and the checkout area had plenty of cashiers working. We saved an impressive amount of money with the clothes on sale and us being first timers there, they gave us another $5.00 bonus off our balance. Our cashier was very nice and helpful and checked us out in a timely fashion. A most pleasant shopping experience we had and my husband who hates clothes shopping really enjoyed himself, imagine that! We will return to Beall's and give them our business again. Debbie

Overall pretty disappointed with my experience here. To sum it up, my new couch has been broken…read moresince it arrived, and it seems like Rich Bedding gave up on fixing it. More details below: In Early April we bought a new couch and recliner from Rich Bedding. The recliner was fine, but a couple of the seats on the couch was catching and grinding every time we reclined/declined, making us pretty much unable to recline with them as it was tearing the cords. After calling about this, they sent someone over to take a look, and to their credit, pretty quickly. The person that came to fix the couch just wrapped up some wires, claimed it was just the velcro, and left. This didn't help at all. After realizing this, I called again, and they worked on replacing it. About a week later, a replacement came and they brought it over. It seemed to work fine at first, but by the next day I realized that all of the seats on this couch were having the exact same issue. After this point it seemed that Rich Bedding had given up. I called several times after that, at first asking for a refund, which they would not do. That's fine I guess, so at that point I wanted to try and get it fixed/replaced again. At that point they kept claiming that the manufacturer could fix it and told me to call them. I called in circles several times between Rich Bedding and the manufacturer, both of whom claim the other is responsible for the repair. It's been about 2 1/2 months since we first got this couch and we have yet to have functioning reclining seats. I've also yet to hear from either party in the last 2 weeks. The latest update I got from the manufacturer reads like this: "I have reached out to the retailer and unfortunately I will be moving forward with locating a retailer in the area who will be willing to assist with getting the replacement on the piece you are needing." To me this implies that they can send me a replacement, but Rich Bedding will not work with them, and they have to find a new retailer to help. It seems odd that I have to work directly with manufacturer at all, what is the point of going through a local retailer at this point?

Grant was like the best sales person I ever worked with in my life and I have bought so many cars and furniture literally he was just so patient and had so much knowledge about all of the products. One of the things I really appreciate about him was him not being a pushy salesman. So I ended up buying a set the next day I went back to him and said Grant I think I want to upgrade it all and he was like no problem !! and they have the same day delivery at this place great prices great customer service I will definitely be shopping here again. I told all of my neighbors what a great experience I had and how much cool stuff they have in their show rooms!!!
