After having a favorable online order, ship & pickup in store for 2 tires I received a review request. So I filled one out - favorable though questioned why they couldn't stock them (popular size etc). Fist my review was rejected because I mad a comparison to Walmart (that I'd bad tire purchase experience at). So I took that out. Then they still rejected it - supposed that I mention a specific price. That's a lie. I said can't beat the price... They're rejecting my review because it's not 100% poisitive to them. Today I went to your store #567 in Lakeland, FL, it was my first time there. I had some questions, and the girls on the back helped me, I thought it was a great experience until I went to the fron to pay and RUTH the cashier had an attitude from the beginning. She started ringing items, and almost everything was ringing wrong, I pointed that out, and she started getting loud and with a nasty attitude towards me. I asked her, if she could please get an employee to verify the prices, and instead she got very loud on the communication devices, telling whoever, to remove the prices from the item, because they were not showing at the register, and I told her can you please verify this? She was the system says the amount, and she scream at me while she said that... I told her, listen, is my first time here, she grabbed the receipt, pressed it against my hand and very loud on front of the whole store said, "Ma'am! GO AND TAKE A PICTURE!!!!. I told her why she need to be so rude! She screamed, I gave you the price you wanted!!! I told her, you think this is ok??? I am a grown up woman, and you are treating me like this in front of everyone? Then the other employees, were saying, "Finally, someone told her something about her attitude!" Apparently she is like that with a lot of customers. After that I requested a manager to speak with me... he came outside of the store to speak with me, and he looked like, it was a funny situation. Great store that has unique gift ideas. No matter what time of day I go there it seems to always be busy. I guess its a very popular place to go, so that is actually more telling of the type of store this is. It has a vintage atmosphere and I really love how helpful the staff is. They are always around if you have questions, and are actually helpful! They also have a-lot of choices for a smaller store . read more

This is the absolute worst tractor supply ive ever been to. Feed bags piled so tight you can't get through the aisles with your buggy, and they dont have near the selection that plant city tractor supply has. The bathrooms are only one stall and theres no changing table, so if your baby needs changing be prepared to change him or her on a nasty, cold, public bathroom floor. Also, when you go to grab the toliet paper the roll isnt even placed in the dispenser, so be prepared to grab it and unroll it yourself like the last hundred people with who knows what on their hands did. Not sure if management is aware of this but since of late the customer service this location has been nothing but horrible. I go to this location all the time to refill propane but now every time I show up the guys there have an attitude. Many times the staff aren't doing anything whatsoever, they are just sitting there and they would not try to refill my propane tanks. They would sit there or sometimes go and start to ride on the forklift while I am standing right there waiting for propane. Someotimes I would have to call the phone number and asked if they are not service propane for that day. They would apologize and the guys would come to refill the propane. Most of the times, they never apologize either. Customer service is Gone to the dogs at this place. Every time I go there I can guarantee their reaction. I would encourage anybody to just go up there and stay at the gate and tell them you need propane and watch their reaction! Its clear they dont want to do it this job. read more

To start this review off this tractor supply has great employees I never have a problem with them they have a great section of Dog and other animals like chickens goats. They also sell baby chickens and ext.The trailers they have are a great deal on the trailers. read more

An update to the review below. I called the store and dealt with Steve the assistant manager. I asked to return the tank we ordered. He gladly assisted and even called the corporate office to ensure they did the refund. I can't say enough about about this fine young man and his customer care. For me it negates the poorer treatment I got earlier. I will recommend Tractor Supply again. Thank you Steve ! Vince G Just before Irma hit I tried to buy my son a water tank. He lives in Lakeland near Orlando. The Tractor Supply store in Lakeland had two in stock. I called and they said they don't take credit cards over the phone. I had to buy it on line. I went on line to see there was $89 shipping charges attached. But I could not buy it even then because the stock was "too low". It is almost impossible to get a live person on the phone at Tractor supply. I finally figured out how to call customer service and told them it was an emergency because of the storm. After 40 minutes on the phone they let me buy a tank on line and ship it to the store in 6 days. I asked the agent to call the store and ask the manager if she would let my son pick up the tank that was in stock and then replace her stock with the one that was being shipped. After 75 minutes total phone time with multiple "holds" they finally agreed. In the end my son had to evacuate so the tank wasn't needed. While he is still keeping the tank for future storms I decided I was upset about having to pay $89 for a tank they already had in stock at the store. I called customer service and they said "sorry, the tank already shipped". Although they couldn't give me a tracking number. I asked for a supervisor, they said the supervisor wasn't there, I asked what the supervisor's name was, they said they didn't know. After another 40 minutes on the phone and after talking to 4 different people passing the buck they finally refunded the $89 shipping for a tank they already had in stock. This company is an example of the greediest and worst corporations. I will avoid them at all costs. read more
