We found this shop online and made a special trip to see it and was greeted with rudeness as soon as we entered. After we wandered the store looking for treasures as one does at antique stores, I found an open door with a restroom, so I logically assumed I could use it. Big mistake, the shop owner comes and bangs and bangs on the door and gives me the what for, saying I had no right to the bathroom and there was no sign that said restroom, which is true, however the door was fully open with no sign of being private. Regardless of my mistake I find it difficult to ever believe yelling at a customer is necessary. And firth more continuing to yell and berate a customer is enough to turn from ever returning and incentive to write a review.

I was racially profiled today The store was not busy at all when I walked in at about 2:25 and with the 5 employees they had I wasn't greeted by one. They made eye contact with me multiple times but never said hello or asked if I needed any help. How do you let someone walk around the whole entire store for almost 30 minutes without saying anything. I picked up multiple shoes took pictures of everything I was interested in and they didn't even ask what size I need or anything until I asked an employee "what is the number to call to get help in this store. One I started asking for multiple shoes after 20-25 minutes of not being help, that was when they started coming over trying to take credit for the shoes as if they were getting commission for each shoe. They were busy on their cell phones and joking and laughing amongst each other. This was the worst service I've ever had shopping. I truly did not want to go through with this purchase because of how I was treated today, but these were gifts for family and not myself. With this horrible service I hope Hibbett goes out of business soon. I'm sure this wasn't the first time this has happened and I doubt it'll be the last. At the end I asked for a pardon manager and TARA said I'm the manager today. I'm not sure who or how she was given that title but with her response there wasn't a need to explain what was going on. As a matter of fact, the only time someone spoke to us was when the girl asked if we had rewards with them. Her "Have a nice day" was forced and dry, and I didn't appreciate the looks we received from either of the employees. There was no southern hospitality, no great customer service, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone go here.
